J.L.T Novices Chase 2019

It’s a game of opinion bud.

My opinion is the complete opposite to yours on this one. And that’s OK.

Absolutely - we just need to respect each other's opinions and knowledge. Comments (not yours) like "I think theres a slight difference, as myself and you can see the big picture as we know the horse. Where to some he might have just come out of the clouds as if that was his 1st run today" are condescending and self righteous and do not respect the quality of opinion and knowledge on this forum. It is a game of opinions and that is what enables us to spend 12 months of the year discussing Cheltenham.

Lads boost.
Backed every day between entries and his run today

they still cap £20 max boost every day ? last time i tried a boost with double it said something like can't carry more than £50 onto a multiple with boost feature. Then backed a single and said £20 max didn't no if its different for everyone or a Rule of such?

50 per one but multiple boosts usually available. not a clue how it works tbh. Some times I can do 4 in a row. On the same horse.
Sometimes 1 and that's your lot

Ah right cheers will have to have a play round when the hcaps entries start filling up.

I'm not sure if it's the air of mystery or quite what it is.... why people have taken to master dino and being talked about like he's a likely jlt winner.

I was excited when he was entered up, but more excited because I thought I might get some 50/1 or so about him. He was introduced short and people are running to back him. He's frought with danger so I hope he wins tomorrow. But alot seems to be expected of him compared to the juveniles that ran over here. I like him, I always have as a juvenile last year. but He's had 1 chase run against absolute trees the 2nd / 3rd were awful. This is no gimme tomorrow.

Yet you lumped?

I wouldn't go overboard as they were juveniles. but they're better than the English juveniles. Mullins sent a battalion over including.. stormy Ireland that couldn't get near at auteuil . He'll also get an age allowance.

I think you'll get alot bigger than 14s any race someone will be dumb enough to price up huge. He's a serious player.

Hence this upon entries.

*** lads site won't let me copy and paste. Only screenshot. But iv 11 individual bets on him at 18/1

Well said that man.
A quick glance on Twitter today and you’d think half the posters had been singing the praises of Master Dino for months. The reality is; he got an entry that no one knew about in advance, people rightly reacted and took positions as it didn’t take a genius to go through his form. Now everyone claims to have been following him since he was a foal, claiming him as their own and the first to ‘put him up’.

It’s a shame we can’t just congratulate a horses performance without attaching our egos to it.

I took the 18/1 boosted but you're right it was risky without cashout. Fair play if you had the balls to lump I only had a few points.

Exactly, he's a grade 1 winning hurdler with connections that know the time of day. Obvious why the odds compilers didn't take any chances. Anyone can look up French replays and make their own conclusions.

Don't get me wrong, I liked the run today, but 3/1 with Sky? Seems mad to me, for all they're the scummiest of the lot.

Not a foal. But de bon Coeur aside. . himself and Tunis were the highlight of the French season imo. Ding dong battle every other week at auteuil.

On another question.
Id love to see horses over here campaigned like that. Especially 2 with the same trainer taking each other on and running to there merits. The betting not once indicated the result beforehand.
Why don't we have that here? And why could they run so often at the top level taking each other on. but ares can't.

Happy to be on Master Dino at 16/1 for this, thought he ran a super race today, expect more to come but for me i'm still hoping Vinndication comes here and he's still my idea of the winner if he turns up

Looking at his action he'd be better on soft ground. Hope it's not too fast on the day.

The two horses in question have amassed around a million Euros in prize money between them too. Not bad for horses so young!
I guess it comes down to the age old arguement of too much racing at too many tracks.

The 3/1 NRNB is probably about what his price will be if he wins the Scilly Isles?

If he didn't win that he probably wouldn't run, do you cam see why they're shortest and that price.

They're generally worst price before NRNB though I find.

He's been priced up like a previous Cheltenham winner after one run. We all know French form carrying over can be windy, for every Terrefort there's an Alary. Would much rather get stuck into Tiger Roll at that price.

(disclaimer: I followed you all in at 16s, comments apply solely to now)

Loved Master Dino's debut myself. The front two were well clear of some decent horses and the Gary Moore horse showed how hard they'd gone imo. 16/1 is one of my favourite bets of the week and can't wait to see him in the Scilly Isles.
