2024 Cheltenham - the odds on offer.

No, one of those which usually no decision are made until November with the schooling sessions.
Seems to be mixed feelings, Willie v the rest :biggrin-new:

Only 2 races Rich wants though Melbourne Cup and Gold Cup - GW his best bullet at the latter for awhile! Something to bear in mind anyway.

Absolutely. The mullet man wants a gold cup winner, and willi already has klassical dream and asterion forlonge, first and second at punchestown. And if we’re talking wasting bullets, why would Willie send 3 to the stayers?
BANC. Surely. Possibly?

With mention of both Bunting and Kargese a few posts ago, it's certainly worth keeping an eye on what Willie has been buying. In the case of these two, they wouldn't immediately be on my mind. Usually his best juveniles have hit RPR's well into the 120's in French hurdles, or you want something that has or has the potential to hit 100+ RPR's on the flat.

Bunting could have the potential for the latter, but I'd want to see him before I'd consider an antepost bet.

Kargese wouldn't be good enough on known form, but may be one Willie gets out early and could offer a trading opportunity.

Any news on horses that have transferred is more than welcome though. The sooner they go in the tracker the better.

It’s very early doors but one I’ve had an early cut on with B365 for the Ballymore is Shannon Royale, the form of his PTP & Clonmel bumper has worked out well.

A Walk In The Park gelding out of a dam with plenty of stamina in her book. His bumper win on heavy going leading from the front would suggest his optimum trip would be north of 2m anyway. Recent history suggests Robcour aren’t too keen on the spud race so happy to hang my hat at the mid distance for the time being.

If anyone would be able to get him added to WH’s Ballymore market I’d appreciate it. Their epic boosts would be very handy if they quote something similar to B365.

….plenty of blue for Mr Policeman in the Turners this morning. Only 25s remaining is with SkyBet.

….blue continues for Marine National (Arkle), now a best price 7/2 with Hills.

….Kinbara still 50-1 AB after that easy win at Cartmel.

It's good to see him remain at 50s after a 5s on win at Cartmel to be fair.

And I've backed him :excitement:
