Supreme Novices Hurdle 2020

Really looking forward to this race. I still like Abra though he seems to be losing fans - I just won't be backing him again at his current price. Also, how do I change my avatar? I'm new and it's not giving me the option on my profile page. Thanks!

There's a page at the top of the list about Avatars, drop a link in there and Kev will do it for you.

He was very clear on the KD situation

He was relying on the ground. This is pretty different as Donnellys have nice ammo between all the novice races
 
I know it's been mentioned already, but should we read anything into PP/Betfair pushing Abra's price out?

Not sure if that will have been the reason. They will know if he is going down that route or not, and obviously its pretty certain he's not. I imagine they just want to get more of him to balance their book. He's been pretty short for a while and you can imagine most bets have been on the bigger priced horses.

Think the Shiskin performance may have contributed as well. I suppose if they did send a novice there it would more likely be Aba than Envoi as he has more speed.

He's 6/1 on betfair exchange too.

Not sure it's that worrying- i personally take it as them growing a set and realising that the EA>ABA form surely isn't going to be the only winning formline in the festival novice races. Sometimes between here + twitter you'd think it was.

yes I agree. And with AD and CG running good races, there appear to be a few more credible challengers than when they shortened him.

I'm not worried - more over I only put 1pt e/w when he went out to 16s post defeat to EA. Weighing it up as an opportunity to get an extra point at a bigger stake vs something more nefarious in nature
 
Sounds like Ruby was pretty impressed with Shishkin - ‘He is a huge runner in the Supreme’

Thought I heard something about him coming back for trials day as you said only race for him is the ballymore trial so could divert elsewhere possibly? But I definitely heard the trial was an option
 
Dont think ive heard Ruby so bullish about a horse for a while. He really likes Shishkin and gave good reasons , well worth a listen.
 
It's no big surprise Shishkin is popular.
Looks like the UK backers weighing in behind a Henderson horse.
It looked very good and the form vs Henderson's Mister Coffey seems better,although they both won in different styles really.

But he's won his maiden (a class 4 novice) and the reaction appears to be a bit much, but considering the money Angel's Breath kept attracting last season it's not surprising.

One for nearer the day for me to consider after seeing him again. He looks smart.
 
Where’s the ruby any link the beast? Got shinskin 25/1 paisley park 3/1 double so was glad to see that fall put behind him thought he quicken up well
