Thought I'd put this in here as it's a big race and could potentially have implications on the Gold Cup going forward........who do we fancy to win the Coral Gold Cup ?

I keep looking at the race and keep coming back to Myretown as he just looks thrown in to me. The only doubt I have is that he hasn't had a prep and he's been beaten first time up every time.

He doesn’t win very often but I actually like The Changing Man for tomorrow.

A small shout as well for the Chris Gordon horse albeit coming off a big absence.

….i have Resplendent Grey and Myretown in the book, I also took 80-1 offer on Myretown to win and Grand National.

One outsider that interests me is O’Moore Park, currently 25-1. 3rd in Jack Richards at the festival, has a 12lb turnaround with RG, finishing down the field in 365 Gold Cup, not jumping well. Nice warm up at Galway last month, I can see him running well if his jumping holds up.

Now, many of us own horses in full, partnership, sindicate or club. Is there any desire to post a thread for runners and perhaps potential winners? Long time between drinks for me, but perhaps a bit of added interest

Pretty sure there was a thread up at one time, may be it wasn’t stickied and has just disappeared into the FJ black hole.
Feel free to kick off a new one, members would make more sense…

Wherever Myretown finishes then The Changing Man surely has to be close as he’s 12lbs better off post the Ultima and is a very consistent chaser

He would have won with another 12lbs on his back though imo. Scu did say yesterday that they wouldn't want too much rain for Myretown. The Changing Man is ultra consistent but just doesn't win enough for me.

You’d like to think they’d have him forward enough for this though . I’ve read somewhere they think he’s still well handicapped. Monty’s star maybe able to do a Bobs Worth and carry the weight to victory.

A little bit interesting that Cobden can be bothered to go over for the Captain Cody ride tomorrow. Would've thought he'd need a bit further than this. But why is Harry bothering? Unless he has the chance of the leg up in the National as a long term plan I suppose.
 
Has anyone else been having a problem the last couple of days of getting individual horse pages to load up on Racing Post website? Search for a name, click on it, pop up comes up but just get a revolving wheel and no form.

Crap site. I've been using the 'Irish Racing ' site this season and it's brilliant in comparison.

Doesn't seem to work on my phone, but fine on a desktop computer! Odd!

Yep, can't check anything on there, usually have Dataform but waiting till after Christmas before treating myself, what with the car MOT,service being due on the 2/1/26 its an expensive time of year for many reasons, not least that the missus fancies going to the King George as well *sigh*

Yeah I have, I used to look for a horses profile via google and this is what doesn't connect, however, someone mentioned there is a search box on the RP app/website you can enter a horses name and this still works, top right hand corner magnifying glass....
 
Thanks guys, just realised it's a login issue. Once I logged in to my RP account suddenly it all works. Looks like they are restricting access for non members.
