Daily National Hunt Racing Tips

Out today but have had a quick look

3.15 Ascot - Tea Clipper 6-1 Not convinced by the two at the top of the betting. Tea Clipper looks to be the value
2.40 Ascot - Frere Banbou 5-1 We all know Venetia likes a winner in the wet
3.35 Wetherby - Bravemansgame Think he may have the beating of AS today

Small Doubles and Treble

Magistrato 2.05 Ascot - Not convinced Nicholls' other horse is a stone better, seems decent value at the prices

Small E/W single

One bet today for me

Sporting john 15/8 3:00 Wetherby

Goes very well fresh, still only 7 and unexposed at the trip

Be dissapointed if he isn't the best of these

Decided to take the 14/1 for Capodanno in the Coral Gold Cup (Ladbrokes/Hennessey).

Think that will be his early season target, WPM said as much in his stable tour. He runs well and hopefully wins then he’ll mix it with the big boys at Xmas. Donn McLean really likes him too for the gold cup and he’s a decent judge imo especially with the Mullins battalion.

All over Premiumaccess 22/1 E/W for the Southern National @ Fontwell on Sunday.

Joe Tizzard is in really good form, so that's the first positive. Secondly I think he's been crying out for a longer trip like this. He had a pipe opener at the track 25 days back where he plugged on under pressure to finish 2nd of 4, and although well beat did stay on well up the stiff Fontwell finish. The extra 2f here will suit, IMO. Thirdly, he's got a more than useful enough 5lb claimer on his back, so that will aid him somewhat, too. Fourthly, his chase form at the course from two runs is 3-2 so it's not as if he has a dislike for the track.

I think he's just a really solid bet, in a race you need a horse you know will be staying on at the end, and he is one of them.

Couldn't have asked for a better effort without winning.

From the front, just not enough in the tank at the end.

Place money means profit though :smug:

…terrific run & it might have won had they been allowed to jump the last.

Celebre dallen and snow leopardess run in the veterans chase at Warwick tomorrow

Two horses still on the up in a veterans chase against a load of horses well past there best

I played celebre dallen 4/1 with a saver on snow leopardess

If he's anything close to fit for his reappearance Im hoping he will take all the beating

His price is beginning to collapse now but still 3/1 available with 365 and on the betfair exchange

The rest of the field has as many 0s Ps Us and Fs in there form than anything surely one of those two wins

Get stuck in imo :watermelon:

Ailie Rose 40-1 B365 Haydock Saturday looks very good value.
odds will disapear soon though !

A lot better off at the weights (approx 13lb with the claim) with Good risk at all who may go off favourite as the 2 at the top look weak.
Claiming jockey looks decent enough.

Some of her novice hurdle form reads well for her mark.
Probably the further the better for her also.

Joined you too. Although because the price has gone and I'm a fannybettor I've taken the 8/1 about a place instead.

…I live in the North West and I suspect Haydock will be very wet tomorrow.
