Daily National Hunt Racing Tips

Just spotted this

The Twiston's have won this twice, both winners having ran before this, with Calett Mad losing his prep run at Perth

Poppa Poutine has gone down the same route.

Second run for trainer, Sam on board

Wont go mad, but I'll throw a one or two credits in here purely based on the above

ITV going mad over Frodon

It was a Graded horse running in a class 2 race
Conditions favoured him today, wouldnt get too giddy and say he's going to win a GC now

They just love a female jockey the biased twats.. if its not Bryony they are jizzing over its hayley fucking turner or hollie doyle, such sexist fucks :highly_amused:

Backed a few at Cheltenham today:

2.05 Botox Has 13/2 E/W

2.40 Southfield Stone 7/4

3.15 Flinck 7/1 E/W - Also backed this one for the Pertemps Final

3.50 Frodon 6/1 E/W

5.00 Jens Boy 11/2 E/W

5.35 Smurphy Enki 4/1 - Backed last night

Good luck to everyone having a go today :encouragement:

Strange day. Made plenty, with 3 of the 6 going in, but really disappointed with Flinck not being able to hit a top 6 position and Smurphy Enki falling away at the end in the bumper just now.

took the 6/4 on Julies Stowaway - good bumper horse and ran a nice 7th in Champion Bumper.

The bumper today at Cheltenham is fascinating - had a each way bet at 25/1 of Tile Tapper, he was in my tracker .. I like the horse who won his debut bumper (Tile Tapper 4th) a lot and the form has shown up well and next time out went Tile Tapper won nicely. There are a few unknowns in the race but could see Tile Tapper running into a place with his experience.

Tile Tapper bet into 9/1 and ran a really good 3rd, had a good go at the 4 places on betfair too at 5/2 when I seen the gamble - covers the losses on Julies Stoaway and a bit. :)

Just for the record it’s not just ITV who jizz over those three female jockeys you mentioned, I’d be happy to join the queue :highly_amused:

What a shit days punting from me. Well done COD and anyone else who was on Frodon. That’s two horses in 2 days who I should have backed, it’s so obvious when they win. I should have backed Rouge Vif yesterday too. The only small positive was a small stake roll up on I Am Maximus with Santini but that was it all day.

Vision Des Flos, a horse that I've kept a close on, king of wishing he on all the time - but always falling short

Surprised he's still entered for the Old Roan tomorrow, even more surprised money is coming in for him

Has to be a no for me, Tizzard not firing at the moment

The search continues...

I've backed him. He's a favourite of mine too, and could be classed as a bit of a cliff horse for me too. I really do believe this is his optimum trip tomorrow. Seems to not be quick enough for 2m yet doesn't see the 2m 5f out strong enough at the top level. He can obviously win races and them distances and beyond, as he has done, but at a lesser level.

Wind op is interesting, but a little gutted he’s been smashed in. Probably would have chanced it if he was double figures but 5/1

Think Mindnight @ 17/2 may be the play if ground remains decent

Concerned about Itchy Feet’s jumping, nods a bit on landing. Better over soft

It's the dire stable form that puts me off having a punt on him, should easily be top 5 in a race like tomorrow but the distances the majority of hers are being beaten at present casts plenty of doubt! If he does indeed need the blow out tomorrow i'm interested in him going forward off in and around that 150 mark.

One of the part owners of Really Super has just confirmed she's been scratched due to the rain they have had/having. Expecting it to be official soft then.

Don Poli making his debut for the Skeltons tomorrow. Piling in Kev? Looks about 3 miles too short to me :devilish:

Haha hadn't seen it, but I will back the mighty Don out of respect.

When you make as much as I do at this game, you can afford these novelty bets :p

I reckon Don Poli is in my top 10 of all time.
With Neon Wolf, Barters Hill and Frankel :love_heart:

5/1, someone's taking the piss aren't they?
