Albert Bartlett 2020

I think the mares race will be too short

I think that’s a bit premature. She’s not even run since moving to Willie and her only career run was over just shy of 2m.

I'm assuming youve put that because she has an entry in a mares race over 2m6, where he's splitting the 4 mares up and running in all races available. Just to get a run in while he can

Lovely debut from the big breakaway, not sure what the form will amount to, can only do that though. Cruises up and takes it up 2 out, Albert Bartlett surely the target, big engine on him.

I'd agree.
They may opt for the Ballymore, knowing them.
But couldn't see it winning that.
So prefer to back for this.

It will be an interesting one for them to decide on. As he's a long term project they may take things easy this season. However, this is Tizzard so who knows!

Lovely from The Big Breakaway there. 17 hand 4 year old teaming with raw ability. Lovely action too. Luke Harvey said to Joe Tizzard his cameraman had a tenner on him for the Albert Bartlett to which Joe Tizzard jokingly said ‘Albert Bartletts the 3 miler isn’t it? I’ll probably run him over two and half’. Looks a lovely staying prospect

QUOTES: THE BIG BREAKAWAY has excited us all the way through and has gone about that like a really nice horse, but we've got to remind ourselves he's only four. He's 17hh, so he's going to keep improving and we'll look for a race around Christmas. He's a lovely actioned horse and I'm sure he'll be better on better ground, but he can cope with that easy ground with his size and raw ability. He's not short of pace and works well at home. He's one of our nicest young horses and looks like he has a massive future - he's exciting, really exciting - Joe Tizzard, assistant trainer

Topped up on Fury Road @ 20's before he makes all tomorrow.

Bookies taking no chances with FR tomorrow opening up at 4/9. Won't be entertaining that but think it proves which one of Gordon's is expected to win.

He didn't open up at 4/9, he was 4/5 at the opening but seems to have seen a bundle of cash tonight!

It would go along with that Abacadabras is probably a 2miler and shouldn't be stepped up in trip just yet.

Yep, with you on that one. Think Abacadabras is just there to pick up the £8k second prize which ain't to be sniffed at ! Back on track for the Supreme after tomorrow and no damage done.

Won't be picking up any £8k today Lobos , but probably looking supreme bound >.

Fury was very neat and tidy, obviously up against trees. I think he can go well in this regardless of today. DId what he had to.
