2024 Triumph Hurdle (Juveniles)

Batman all over the shop, scratch him off the list

Nurburg good, thought they'd have had an eye on the boodles after the last day but not to be, doesn't look a triumph winner to me though

Kala Conti had everything go her way and still couldnt win, doubt she'd be anywhere near good enough for the friday

Nara given an educational ride out the back, little bit scruffy jumping throughout but didn't pick up hugely when asked, the triumph dream looks over for her too.

Batman could do with some help from Robin by looks of it. First two are decent. Wodhooh form boost.

Nurburg was odds on that day too so possibly expected to go in . Grade 2 next for wodhooh..

Don’t think any of them worry the Triumph winner, whoever that might be. Really disappointed with Kala Konti who had everything she needed. Allowed an easy lead, jumped beautifully, better jump at the last, but still found nothing.

Batman Girac looked a very difficult ride.

Think Batman got injury turning in.

Mighty Bandit clear of them IMO. Doubt any of them will go close on a Triumph so you'd be looking at the Boodles.

Nurburgring beating Kala Conti, I've only just clicked he's the horse than battled and just lost out to Wodhooh :distant:

Slip out the bin :applouse:

As the legend that is Kammy says ….unbelievable Kev. The first thing I thought of when he crossed the line is Kev needs to get that slip out of the bin:biggrin-new:

He was 13lb better off.
Makes Nurburgring potentially promising.

Insanity could he interesting for connections who have made a habit of having a Triumph runner or two over the years.

He starts off life at Market Rasen tomorrow, having been entered up at NewcastNew over the weekend before that was called off.

He's an 84 rated flat horse, but is by Nathaniel, who has sired some decent enough juveniles already, the likes of Zanahiyr, Burning Victory and Navajo Pass among his progeny.

Alan King doesn't have many festival winners but the Triumph is one race he has won on more than one occasion. Although it's been a while since his last victory in the race.

Insanity is 40/1 without cash out, or 33/1 with cash out. He's also 50/1 to win tomorrow and the Triumph Hurdle with Hills. He needs to be winning tomorrow to have any chance in a Triumph you'd feel so that may appeal more than the individual race prices.

…King re Insanity;

’He could be a decent juvenile. He was a decent Flat horse and won his novice at Ffos Las. He is just about ready to start, and I am looking forward to getting him over hurdles in the next two weeks. I wouldn’t want to over race him this season, but he is a decent prospect.’

Yeah he was on my mind until the York run where he disappointed me and faded badly. He is still lightly raced with upwards potential so gl to any players.

I suspect he'll have an entry soon. When are entries out for the Chepstow Finale over Christmas?

His 4 Triumph winners have gone to Plumpton, Cheltenham, Kempton and Ascot prior to the Fez so he could turn up anywhere.
