2023 Antepost Flat Racing

Looking at the arc market and I think I've found an interesting one, Tunnes is a half bro to Torquator Tasso and if you ignore his run in the japan cup, he has been battering he's faced on ground that will most likely will come in the arc, I've had a little stab at 25s as a speculative bet

Aye, it's not the positive update I was hoping for. But a lot can happen between now and then.

Tarnawa was a slightly different prospect in that she seemed to improve significantly as she got older. Didn't actually run in the Arc as a 3 year old either did she, or as a 4yo to be fair. But I always think 3yo fillies are my first look for Arc winners, and it'd be a waste for one who looked as good as Tahiyra at 2 to not be in the big one in October. Especially with the owners.

Hopefully she shows more stamina than speed in wherever she runs earlier in the season.

Ran well dropped back to sprinting in the champion sprint

Will be trained differently this year, being trained for speed not to stay a mile

Think there is plenty of milage in that price

Hopefully she wins/runs well in defeat in the 3:30 today

Any reason why you think Platinum Jubilee? AOB also mentioned Kings Stand after the race.

He said she could run in both in his stable tour and post race

Her form is over 6f and 7f so the stiff 6f at ascot seemed the best fit not the 5f to me is all really

Obviously I'd very much prefer she didn't run in both as it's very possible she'd ruin her chances in the platinum Jubilee by running in the king stand

This Sunday, April 9, Al Hakeem made his comeback and presented himself undefeated over the distance of 2000 meters, at the start of the Prix d'Harcourt, under the saddle of Cristian Demuro . Al Hakeem takes fourth place but is only a shadow of himself. And for good reason, he returns to the stables with damage to the posteriors, caused by another competitor.

Jean Claude Rouget gave news of the horse and answered Guillaume Luyckx 's questions on Tuesday April 11 at Chantilly.

“So when he went downhill in the Middle Park I expected him to hang, but he hung more than I thought he would. He was keen at the beginning of the race as well and everything went wrong​.

“He is probably going to start over in France in the Sigy. It’s a Group Three over five and a half furlongs and that will be his target at the moment.

“Our aim last year was to make him a stallion and he was second in the Gimcrack when he looked to have it won. That itself would have been enough.

“But hopefully we are going to win the Group Three in France then we can look at races like the Sandy Lane (Haydock), Commonwealth Cup (Royal Ascot) and the July Cup (Newmarket). Those sorts of races will be his targets and the aim is to win as many Group races as we can.”

Talented horse tbf

Looked like a bit of a nutcase in the middle park but Harry angel was a bit like that himself at times

Should be too good for the rest of them tomorrow, the unknown would be the ground as hes never run on anything worse than good

Harry angel won on everything from heavy to good to firm so that certainly gives hope he will be fine on it

I have a feeling that the horse that beat marshman in the gimcrack noble style may make some waves in the sprinting division this season if he trains on
