No doubt he has been training her to mop up the winter prizes, but I think he was probably expecting the division to become a bit more competitive than it has/a Mullins superstar to emerge.

I like the battle hardened angle against some of these mares that will be clueless at Cheltenham.
 
Yeah, not knocking the bet. I do like her, I'm just (perhaps follishly) fully expecting her to find at least one too good, and she's not a big enough EW price for me this far out.
 
Does anyone know why Daphne du Clos didn't run today? Slightly disappointing.
 
I assume it was due to the going, entered again for Leicester next week, I’m sure we’ll see her soon enough once there’s some cut in the ground.
 
A few bookies pushing Chante Neige out today and cutting others in this; have I missed some news?
 
How did I miss elusive belle here? Anyone know what price she was. Haddnt even heard of her. But that was impressive.
 
Won as easy as she liked but think she was getting a lot of weight? Like 1.5 stone from the 2nd etc?

22 pounds. Its hard to weigh up and her price has gone now anyway. Just unusual for one to pass me by like that.

I watched her and thought she looked really good, but she wasn't quoted before the race so no real value lost.

She'll be a bit forgot on the day, with the jockey probably?

One I'd consider with some extra places, or without a fav (just assuming we have a short one on the day, that know doubt I'll really fancy)!

Hopefully something shows up that hasn't ran yet....Salsaretta wouldn't excite me for it personally.
 
Couple of entries for Daphne du Clos this week... Leicester tomorrow looks a bit easier than Huntingdon on Friday.

Just hope she runs in one of them.

She wouldn't excite me but I'd look an idiot putting a list that big if he's 1 entry and it's Salsaretta. :highly_amused:
 
she ran a cracking race in it last year for the first run of her season, Wouldn't surprise me if she is WM number 1.

Awful run and the one after imo. Was an awful race too bar the winner. I'd be completely shocked if she was. But you never know.
