  • Not ideal to fall, but we know that falling on seasonal debut will mean nothing, provided the horse is fit and well after said fall.

I didnt realise he still had his novice title going into this year - that has to be right? Only one a maiden, and finished 2nd in two novices

I think he's one of the novices who has had their tag extended to Drinmore....

              • One True King just put in a very good performance at Uxtoexter (I can’t spell it!!!) jumped and travelled fluently, might be an outsider for Supreme or Ballymore 6 months out

100/1 in the bumper and beaten on debut over hurdles. He won’t be making my already overweight shortlist.

                    • Forged In Fire that beat Ferny Hollow in a bumper.

Patrick Mullins just mentioned him as a bit under the radar perhaps.

Anyone backed him / mentioned him / thought about him?

I bet I end up backing him in a handicap clinging on to that one run.

                      • Patrick Mullins said he thinks Appreciate It could be an Albert Bartlett/Neptune kinda horse.

He seems to really, really like this one.

                        • I happened to have watched that race the other day and added Forged In Fire to the tracker

Not great a judging which race he'd go for.

He does fancy him but sounds like he'll come into his own over fences. Not sure he'll make a top hurdler. I'd think Albert over Neptune on that basis but he wouldn't be for me. My RSA bet sounds as if it is a year too early I'm sorry to say !

I added him for the bartlett at 33/1 the other day, in a double with the big getaway for rsa so i cant be too buzzin about it if they are mentioning the 4 milers for TBG!
