Hi SW, I’m sure you’ve considered this but it’s a natural progression for a punter such as yourself to either create multiple account skins, offer a tipping service or take to laying on betfair.
I think your tipping service would be well received and worth your while given the success and following you’ve built up on FJ already.

We all lose our accounts eventually mate, it means we are doing things right. The game stays the same, the rules have just changed a bit! Sadly bookies don’t play with a straight bat.
Best of luck my friend, look forward to hearing how you proceed - and thanks for you input to the forum so far.

Thank you Rob,

much appreciated.

Looking forward to going down to Cheltenham tomorrow.

bookmakers shady restriction policies can wait until the week after.

Cheers
David
My love for National Hunt racing stems back a long way, one of my early Ante post bets was Imperial Call in the 96 Gold Cup, I remember Charlie Swan making a positive comment about it, so I backed it at 40/1, SP was 9/2 I think. Love to beat the bookies, sweet moment yesterday when Surprise Package won albeit I had 16/1 with Paddy, SP 20/1 they restricted me last year and kicked me out of their free bet club. Too many bookies restricting, but can still beat them, that's what its all about!
Love listening to podcasts, Gavin Lynch and Tony Keenan particular favourites, banter on the Finishing Line is great if nothing else. Always listening for that nugget of info that can be used towards a good bet.
Lucky 15,s are a favourite bet of mine, I had Pricewise L15 just before Xmas, lucky thing was I chose Trytonic over Gerry Claremont in the last leg, but when commentator said Gerry Claremont was improving entering the straight did wonder why I didnt split the pair, still it worked out in the end.3rd Lucky 15 up it was.
Looking forward to Cheltenham 2022, but lots of gloss taken off by Sir Gerhard Dysart Dynamo shenanigans, still hoping Willie has last minute change of mind for Gallopin, but doesnt look too promising, if not then hope Bob produces the goods and turns it over and leaves Willie with egg on his face lol
Good Luck everyone next week and I hope many of you can come out of it in profit.
Q,

I know you like a lot of NRNB darts at the early prices offered on the handicaps.

You often spot a good one early, so I have a good regard for your opinion.

Could I ask which ones are your main picks in each of them?

Now we know a lot more but still changes to come I'd say the following...

Ultima - Cloudy Glen & Death Duty
Grand Annual - Buddy Rich, Embittered, Ciel de Neige

Pertemps - Winter Fog, Dallas des pictons
Kim Muir - first four in the betting, plus janika

To be honest the hurdles I've no strong opinion on other than the obviously well handicapped types, but if you see from my diary page 1 - looking at the ones I've backed since NRNB came in, it's simply a focus on JP runners, Elliott, Mullins and any Irish really, Henderson in the Coral and Skelton's, and anything that looks well in, based on form. A lot of these will clearly not run given the information we've had since, so I expect them to thin out.

I will probably have around 5/6 runners in each of the races except the boodles which I'm likely to leave to the 3 this year. Although I think I may have overdone the Team for the Ultima and might have more declared than I'd like. I can cope with 7/8 but anymore is a mistake that'll be hard to correct.

As in my assessment/review of last year the stakes for the county and coral cup and pipe will be lower than on the other races where I think the likely winners can be found a little easier. Although the plate has been tricky this year.
Hi mate,

Hope all is well.

You clearly have a good link into the Nicholls yard - any idea if they've given a name to 200k Blue Bresil store they bought at the 2019 Derby Sale? Was called Gemini Cricket at the sales.

Been waiting for name/entries for ages, but perhaps never even made it into the yard.

Cheers

Hi Bonjers,
Sorry but I don't have much insight into the yard, missus works at a equine hospital hence I know about the ones who end up injured.
A few years ago I could've asked around but we both got out of racing so I tend to not ask & let people tell me anything going on with certain yards.
I'll make a note on the horse & will keep a eye & ear out for anything for you though.

best wishes & be good.

Well I got an automatic reply, so at least they got it. It's a funny one. I can make a deposit with my card but not withdraw. They are blaming the bank, the bank blaming them. Seems bizarre and ridiculous that I cannot access my money. Worked OK in the past but has stopped working over the last couple of weeks.
Hi sax - hope your good mate. is the Warwick qualifier for pertemps on Saturday where we are hoping Fred Rogers will get an entry (Isit tomorrow , 5 days) I’s there any other qualifier beyond this ?

Yes, if you look on the first post on the PERTEMPS Thread, I’ve written all of the Qualifier Dates.

There’s maybe five left.
Hi

Hope you're well. Would you be able to let me know how you word it to get Energumene voided please?

Hi mate
When you go on live chat select 'other' as the reason for needing help, this apparently gives you a 'general help' customer service person. I then just said I made a mistake on the bet by selecting the horse in the wrong race, few minutes wait and they voided the bet for me.
Hi Spectre. Would be able to divulge re Pink in the Park? Sorry - I bet you’ve had scores of DMs :distracted:
Hi Spectre, hope you’re well.
Are you happy sharing this horse you alluded to today ?
HouJeng gave Benter the idea to bet on horses in Hong Kong. Betting on horse racing or horse betting commonly occurs at many horse races. Morning Craigy.

I haven't seen anything yet for the Nunthorpe and gutted that he's not in the Kings Stand. Can't wait to see him again though. Great interview with WW.

Yeah same, after backing him when you mentioned for the Breeders cup and hearing he has had a setback for Ascot wasn’t the best.

It was a really good interview, I’ve permed most of his 2 year olds haha! I took note of Kealy asking who was the biggest as well, Lucci in the Norfolk.

Well I’ll keep checking markets, I’d imagine it might pop up after Ascot, hopefully battash wins as it may keep the price for Golden Pal reasonable.
Hi Curly,

How are you? Nice purchase you made at Doncaster - all the best with him.

Do you have any other horses in training? I know Tristan, in my opinion you couldn't send a horse to a better smaller yard and his strike rate is excellent across both codes.

Are you also a fellow Cumbrian? If not, how did you come across Tristan?

Hi Rufus,

Yeah, I’m from West Cumbria, near a village called arlecdon. Are you from Cumbria?

I’ve got two with Tristan (Torngat and Ugo du misselot) and I’ve just sold a mare she was called style it out. (She’s now in foal).

Ugo has had a wind op and I’m expecting a good season next year with him.
Torngat I think I’ve got a really good deal he was only beat by 2 lengths by kingofthewest (lot423) which went for ?66k. Torngat is unfit and I have no doubt Tristan will find a lot of improvement, he’s out to grass now for a couple of months.

I also have a 2yr with Karl burke called sport mode. I also have some very small shares in some of nick bradley horses.

Thanks

Graeme
Hello mate,

What is your name I'll check I've received it so I can cross it off my list :)
DG thank you ever so much for all the weather maps, entries, and decs that you kindly post.

Regards Redbridge (Tom)
Evening Spectre, I have a sizeable bet on Quilixious in the Triumph and can cash out for profit, are you able to let me know if you have heard for sure that this horse will run in the Boodles instead? Appreciate you may not be able to say.
