Weather Watch 2021

Not a cloud in the sky here. Heading to the course shortly.
 
Weather app (only Apple weather, no idea how reliable?) shows rain from Tuesday until the following Monday now. Will probably want it in fairness
 
Bit wet round the track. Little rain but not much has got into the ground. Cloud cover, light breeze. Grass cover is exceptional. You can tell nothing has raced on it for 3+ months.

You might want to swerve Wednesday, according to Accuweather they forecast sheet rain and 102kph gusts...
 
Lots of rain forecast from Wednesday leading up to the festival.

Cheltenham have their own professional forecasters, on Turfrax they say max 20mm if rain this week and the long range forecast says dry next week so I agree, good to soft is about as deep as it gets and they’ll probably be looking at the taps Tue/Wed night on the New Course...

Charlie, that was bad news, we need a lot more rain, we need soft Tuesday, Dry Wednesday and ankle deep come Friday, not Native River deep but Our Conor deep.:topsy_turvy:
