they both can relax in there races very well and finish there races well, either would be well suited to the ballymore. I have no preference. Sharjah could go ballymore - getabird Albert Bartlett. Sharjah supreme - getabird ballymore. getabird supreme- sharjah ballymore and I wouldn't be at all surprised.

The only thing for certain is nothing but a win would see getabird have any chance of lining up in the supreme. And he will be cut to half the price if he does. . If he dosent win he certaintly won't go.

Getabird won over 2m4f now going for 2m. Similar route to Min. Does this mean he's going Supreme???
Im struggling to work the route of this horse out. Any opinions most welcome.

I think we all are doctor! I personally think they are just trying to run their best novices in the Graded races and are not paying too much attention to Cheltenham just yet. Most of his top novices are versatile and can win over 2m or 2m4f.

Try and mop up them all up, then juggle them as they see fit for March nearer the time?

As am I. I think he will prove high class and i took the 9/1 nrnb for both Bally and AB. Now a 2m entry.

I agree to an extent but they're not guessing at putting him in at 2. They run plenty of schooling hurdles. He must have shown something to suggest this is worth while.

I personally thought he hit a flat spot in his last race over further last time out before picking the bridle back up and cruising away. I haven't actually seen anything on the track that makes me think he's a 2 miler personally. But they said they expect huge improvement to come from that run. And I'm assuming they've seen something to back it up. If mengli dosent run we won't find out much this weekend. Carter McKay is a poor yard stick. Won't stop him shortening considerably though

Getabird was the ante post fav for the bumper for a long time before being injured so has always been considered a 2 mile horse imo

I still don't think Getabird running over 2m means he is the supreme horse. I genuinly think it means he is in good form sms ready for a race.

I've done a few little bits of analysis of Mullins runners on various threads over the last year or so and in every single one, there isn't a confirmed pattern for him.

I think it's great to look at it as am angle if the NRNB price didn't reflect the chances, But using targets and declarations as a guide is more a waste of time than scientific ...

I don't think he is but he could well be. And before you find out his price won't be backable. Complete bet to nothing.
 
One thing for sure is hes being campaigned as if hes one of the top novices in the yard so wouldn't surprise me where he turns up at the festival.
