Supreme Novice Hurdle 2019

that's why they pressed him so they could get on with it.
think it makes angels more like charli parcs in my noggin.

Noooo... the more you think about, you'll come around to the idea.

Charli Parcs and Angel's Breath don't have a similar profile at all either

#TeamCharli

Nico didnt choose Mister Fisher, owners chose Davy

That settles that.
Was going on what henderson said last night when discussing it, and he said nico would be best man to answer who he wants to ride.
Still charli parcs though:devilish:
If softer ground and a hill is gonna benefit the horse then it should have caught up with the shire horse that out sprinted it last time.

Same twinkle in eye though and excuses for not winning a race it should have won.

They did both break the track record Quevega, that might mean that rails were in from the normal position, it must of meant that the ground was quick. Cheltenham will surely suit him better and hes going off fav with Davy on.

And at the prices you might of guessed this but he's my nap of the meeting, if hes recovered from the last run hes winning the opener

there were four track records that day,
they were either running on rubber or someone thought they were measuring they're own willy

To be fair
don't listen to me
I've no firm opinion in this race. Of who will win especially.
But he should have won the last time and don't see why cheltenham conditions will suit better. In a miles more competitive race.

No probs quevaga we can disagree, I think a speed track like chelt wouldnt suit but they had no where else to go other than Kempton. Anything that finishes in front of Angels will win this for me.

Me too! Have Davy as top jockey, what a start that would be.

Ditto. Have several covered in this but opposing AD, EdN and FD...and AB is my biggest winner. And Davy as top jockey! C’mon, want to be buzzing at 13.40 next Tues!!

Way too much negativity about that run. The two of them smashed the field including Scarlet Dragon who’s usually a reliable market, especially on decent ground. They broke the course record. But most importantly AB was giving away 5lbs to the winner in his second ever hurdles run. Hardly a disastrous performance. His ptp background makes you think he’ll prefer some cut in the ground too.

He’s now rated 151. If you think he comes on for the run, then he surely has a huge chance.

He had every chance to come and get the winner and he didn't, and that disappointed me.
I Don't buy into the come on for the run stuff, as several others will also.
And not too keen on the scarlet dragon "reliable market" comment. That's clutching.
Like I said previously the course record was broken three or four times on that card.
And I'm not sure being really speedy round kempton is the type of attribute you need to win a supreme.

I've Still got money on him, and he's a good horse and could easily win and improve for this test, but it's a lot more competitive than the kempton race and I just don't think he will.

I think you’re being harsh, mate. If it was his 6th or 7th race, I get you, but surely he comes on from his second run when he’d had a flu jab a week or so before, on ground he’s more suited to? If he does, off 151, he’s going to come out of this race mid-150s. Most others would need a monumental improvement to deliver that.

You can crab almost every horse’s form for this race. AB strikes me as the one with the potential to go on the list though. Davy on board a positive.

Let’s see.

Now that we can agree whole heartedly on.
you can crab them all
he's one on the list of those with potential
davy is a positive.

If pressed I'd say he don't place though.

we'll see.
Won't mind at all if he wins.
I've binned the race as too tricky.

AB for me. I just think it will stay on best up the run in.

Grand Sancy represents good EW value from a yard in form.

I really liked Grand Sancy for this until I watched all his races back and comes to the conclusion he probably doesn't well enough to win a supreme.

Elixir & Mister Fisher are my main two against the field, with small stakes at huge prices on The Big Bite and Itchy Feet.

Whilst connections are stood about dishing out advice to their Jockey, Daryl Jacob will be on his way down to the start with Elixir who will have the most straightforward instructions of the lot. Go off in front, catch me if you can.

I am more and more confident on Mister Fisher. Nico taking the ride is a big plus (whether it was a choice or not) and I think his experience will stand him in good stead. Think he will come in for late support too.

Nico confirmed to ride AB here and Brain Power in CH
