Supreme Novice Hurdle 2019

I can't see a horse that you'd back against him and expect a return. Stablemates wouldn't take each other on.

He'll prob halve in price into 3/1 for that aswell.

That's seriously short if he does and will be bigger on the day I'd imagine. The race is such a muddle at the moment that I think I'd blindly lay any short priced favourite in this race.

I can't find the quote although I have a vague memory of him saying something after the last win. Since then Steve Massey has said that they have their eyes on the DRF so, as ever, it probably depends on what he shows on the gallops in the week before the race.

I mean i hope you're right as i'm on KD :devilish:

Angels Breath is a serious horse, he will be very short after Saturday chaps. It would be great to have a nice antepost bet to look forward to, Ive had my share of knocks this year.

Will be 5/2 when it wins.

He'll have to be seriously impressive to be 5/2 after Saturday. I'm yet to be convinced but plenty seem to really like him.

Wouldn't mind some 33/1 though:devilish:

He'll win by a few lengths and half in price that's how markets react these days. I'm yet to be convinced as well but he is unexposed.

Took a bit of a knock with QG ruled out today. Ok I was warned but wanted to wait for confirmation but it was typical I have started my new job today after 2 months off and had no access to this forum or my Bet365 account so I missed out on the quick cashout. Just one of those things I guess.

So I am left with Angels Breath and Mr Fisher in this race realistically. So I need to bulk up my ante post. One I keep coming back to and I know hes been mentioned on here but I cannot remember by who sorry (you may be able to refresh my memory) is Bright Forecast. Ok hes not as high profile as others and maybe the form isn't as good but I quite liked his attitude in the 2 races he has won. He has shown he can sit in behind the leaders and win and also front run and win. Hes also won at Leicester which is undulating so says to me hes not just a flat track bully. He also finds off the bridle and his times compare reasonably to other horses. Dashel Drasher has also come out and won since (he beat him in his first hurdle race).

I am adding him EW just as a left field selection as I am really trying to look outside the box now for this race as its very wide open.

he's entered in same race saturday as the other two you have for this funnily enough. You may know how they rank after saturday, although i doubt henderson will run both his.

He'll be fav for this if he wins on Saturday, beating AB in the process.

Why do you feel the need to add another Jon? You have a fair hand in this already.

Good luck in the new job btw.

Thanks chaps, not really looked at anything today so just catching up so thank you for that info quevaga/FM.

I just like to have a few options so maybe the one more just to boost my chances. Would only be a small EW, nothing significant.

New job is in Gloucester as well, not the worst place to be this time of year ;)

I'm stopping in Gloucester festival week. Any bar or restaurant recommendations would be most welcome:very_drunk:

Great mate, I am in a Premier Inn at the moment in Gloucester Business Park so using the Brewers Fayre for food etc so leave it with me FM and I will ask about. I hope to be in a rented flat/apartment by festival time in Cheltenham town so that will be perfect.

I live in Gloucester Faugheen. Tbh the bars arent great in town so best option would be to stay over in Chelt as late as poss and get the bus back to Glos or taxi (if youve had a good day).

The Quays is the best place to go for food and drink by the docks.

If you need any imfo give me a shout

I’m from Glos, maybe Cafe Rene’s for a late drink once you make it back and if you are staying in the town centre

Cheers lads. We'll be in Cheltenham on race nights but like to have a quiet few on the Monday.

Excellent All the times i had been there before.

Also F_M , there's a bar nearby , walk up an alley and it's downstairs - some sort of cellars.,
and there's a Well in the middle . Had a good night in there ,a couple of years ago too.
Sorry . don't know the Name.

Been a long time since I was near Gloucester and I have to say I never found an appealing pub on my visits, but there are plenty of lovely pubs as you head out towards J13 of M5, can't remember the village or pub names but only 10/15 mins in a cab...

Anyone decided to hang on to their Annamix tickets still or have most cashed out?

Have cashed my single on him, but have a few doubles I can still get out of for profit, haven't decided what to do yet with them!
