I reinvested the smaller stake as I originally backed at 33/1... which means now the 'real' amoun t back is 5% less than original, but it's the same as yours (formula)

If we make it through to nrnb and they pay close to face value on the cash out. Ie double the return now. I'll re asess

Im not convinced by Elixir De Nuts myself, he's beaten nothing of any real note and Thomas Darby recent form hasn't exactly franked the form of there Cheltenham run, have taken a chance on Rathhill for this race e/w at 20's with 365 as i think he'll get the better of EDN tomorrow and shorten, if he's visually impressive ill sit tight otherwise the option to cash out for profit should be available.
 
Probably of little interest to the bigger stakers but you could have say 30 quid on Rathhill with 365 st 20s for this, and a tenner on EDN to win tomorrow at 15/8 with PP (money back as a free bet if Rathhill wins).

If Rathhill wins you are likely on a single figure chance in the Supreme, along with having a ten free bet (essentially your EDN stake back). If EDN wins you will likely be able to get your total outlay back from EDN winnings and Rathhill cash out (assuming a loss)

Obviously lose a few quid if something outside the first 2 wins tomorrow

And Rathhill being so poor leaves Champagne Platinum, as I suspected, for this race. Rathhill needs a trip, he's too slow for this by a fair way, my stance on the Tolworth stands for the Supreme though, no winner of it this year will come from it.

All these McManus & Henderson novices are coming from the PtP field and skipping their bumper campaigns. To me that says they want to get them chasing as soon as possible so I’m not touching them over hurdles this season. Champ is different as he had a bumper season and a maiden hurdle season too.
 
Elixir appears to be one of those horses that doesn't get the credit it probably deserves.
That turned into a proper race from some way out and was definitely good match practice.
