Hi all Fatjockey members
I'm Maxfield, I use to be on the old sun racing forum a long time ago and haven't been active on forums for years, although I have been following the fatjockey forum for some time and have been meaning to join. I will say I recognise a few names from past and they are still doing a great job as all on this forum are.
I’ve been betting for over 15 years and have tried and studied every form of betting from every kind of sport with Horse Racing always being my main go to and my biggest love.
I have spent hours each day studding race after race, I have won comps and have had people following me privately over the years, but with being a parent and having a busy life I don’t have the time nowadays, so I have stuck to the most profitable way of betting and that is ante post betting on Cheltenham and that’s pretty much all I do now as there is no sport in the world that gives you the odds that Cheltenham offer and there is no better way to enjoy making good money each year.
It took me years to realize that I can put much less work throughout the year and just concentrate on four days of racing in which you can follow the best form of any pattern when it comes to betting i.e. same trainers/owners and targeted races. People will argue you’re mad to make bets so early and I say your mad not too. Let’s face it, it’s not a big a gamble than you think as the horses are kept in the field for a big part of the year and the horses which you are backing are treated and looked after so well, plus the top graded horses don’t race as much these days, so the gamble isn’t as big as you think. I always look at Cheltenham as an investigate, my company owner will tell how he invests 5K to make a 1k profit in a year, I can invest ?50 e/w to make a ?1,200 profit of a 20/1 bet. What’s the biggest risk!
Anyway, a big hello to everyone and looking forward to Cheltenham 2022
