National Hunt Chase (4 miler) 2019

I might be mis-remembering but I thought G&P's racing manager said the other day they're hoping to be ready for the Reynoldstown but if not will go straight to RSA?

Iv spoke to G&P myself. (They diddnt confirm him)

4 miler?

"Good shout. It’s always been in the back of our minds. Who knows what the next few weeks brings"

****** better add that was this morning.

And I'm in no way tipping him. Without nrnb
Just a risk I'm happy to take myself

I mentioned Mr Whipped for this weeks back. Why did he not run in the Dipper?

they said Kauto or Dipper on twitter. Must have been a setback.

Kev,
Can you really see Glenloe getting 3 races in before the fez to qualify for the Kim Muir??? I can't.
His only route can be Ultima or NHC.

You need 3 for the ultima also.

I can see it, less likely than before.

Not losing out on him either way. He's just on my shortlist
But this is the only race I've backed him

Lots of chat about Glenloe on various threads but I thought it was public that GE has always been looking at this race? Ran ok today was staying on the longer the race went and then was stopped in his tracks by a shuddering mistake. I thought it screamed a 4 mile sighter and 365 have pushed her out to 40/1 a quarter a place. Sign me up.

I think you have to take 40/1 if you can. It's just too big.

I was on at 25s and have backed again at 40s, so if I am wrong about him going for the Kim Muir (where I am confident he'd go off sub 5/1) then I won't lose any sleep... but the Kim Muir should be easier to win, and Gordon and JP may have better horses in this race

I think they'll leave the Kim Muir clear for Sqouttttteeeuuurrrrrr…. again!

As per the handicap thread, it's what Frank Berry says that goes for JP horses.

Whoever makes the decision, they're working with the same information though.

His horse didn't win a handicap last festival, when he was well in.

His mark MUST be workable.

Bit of a waste of his mark versus a waste of his novice chase status.

I'd think the former wins.

Surely he discusses this with the trainers though archie,
even stalin, mussolini, hitler et al listened to their generals every now and then,

I have absolutely no idea for this race. Went through it for a bit overnight as I did all the Tuesday races. It’s a nightmare.

Already on Blow By Blow at 25s from not long after the festival last year.

Had a look through this thread again too and some goood arguments for and against some horses but it just appears to be a proper hard race to get a grip of. Fair play to anyone backing horses at this point for the race without the safety of NRNB. Half the field could end up in 2 other races at the meeting which doesn’t help.

Loads ahead of BBB in the market won't even go - Delta Work, Santini, Mortal, Next Destination, probably more

I have liked BBB for this all year and am slowly gaining more and more confidence.
