Ive had my say on Doctor Du Mesnil.... cant think of a better Bumper debut rating and performance, he was smooth as silk.

That was over 2M3F, but he couldve won like that at any trip.

No form post-race to back it up yet, but everything was beaten so far, I wouldnt look too closely into what they all do after.

The 2nd to 9th had all raced before in some form, while DDM was on his lifetime debut, no P2P before, nothing (just like Kopek).

Hes priced (like Kopek) high enough, in both races, that he can be backed for them both.
Thats what I did last season with Kopek, and Im not changing that plan with DDM this time round.

He's 33s-25s in one and 25s-20's in the other.

So if hes in the May Yankee please keep in mind maybe to have him in it, for both races (Half stakes yankees?)

It's the last day of the month so time to put this up.

I've left the Mares Hurdle alone as it's still unclear what will happen to this race.

Doctor Du Mesnil is in as he's the buzz horse on here at the moment so feel like he should be included.

Kopek Des Bordes was WPMs best novice hurdler, and it's easy to put a line through the Punchestown run, so he's going in for the Arkle. He could be a monster over fences.

In the Champion Hurdle I've toyed with State Man, Salvator Mundi and Lossiemouth but I think The New Lion is going to be a major player next season. He's not missed in the market at best price 9/2, but if things go to plan, he's certain to line up in this race.

Last one in is Jasmin De Vaux for the Stayers. It'd be a surprise to me if they went over fences with him next season. Being a duel festival winner, he's very fair price at 14/1.

1. Doctor Du Mesnil 33/1 Supreme
2. Kopek Des Bordes 7/1 Arkle
3. The New Lion 9/2 Champ Hurdle
4. Jasmin De Vaux 14/1 Stayers Hurdle

22,439/1 with PP and Betfair😁

Just noticed El Clavel has been added to BANC at 14/1.

Anyone know if he has been bought or if there are plans to bring him over?
