I know he's a big tart and i don't approve of his defeatist attitude towards the Cheltenham Festival but I still cant help but love Nicholls, there's something so therapeutic about seeing him rack up the big Saturday winners. Its great to have the jumps back.

He does well for his owners, racks up some real good prize money for them.

I'm in Wigan, about 7 miles from the course. I know it's a couple of weeks off but it has been dry for the last couple of weeks. It's raining today and then forecast fine all week but the long term forecast says rain from next weekend so i would just keep a check on that. If it's correct then i would say soft in the description would be there.

Just gone back about 10 years and only once has the description been good. Plenty of heavy over the years. Haydock has always been the same, nearly always pretty testing.

Only if it's a steak pie on buttered barms. You can get away with meat 'n' prater and cheese and onion but anything else is a no no

I listened to the full thing

Without sounding rude, it was awkward viewing at times listening to Tony Mullins getting mixed up with hes and shes and plenty of other things also. Aiden seemed a good guest though
