Back on topic a little. I see La Valserine was introduced to the market for the MNH the other day by some firms so I assume something positive was said. She was right at the top of that list for me last season and is available at 40/1. She was at least half that last season. I will be nipping out as soon as Hills opens, taking a bit of a flyer and getting her in. Couple of small roll up attempts to go along with it before the main stable tours start to appear on YouTube

I'm not a book builder but I think the best races for doing it are the Arkle and Champ Chase. They both can cut up dramatically (The Arkle has been a 5 or 6 runner race 3 times in last 6 years).

Willie Mullins has received a £1,100 fine and Final Demand has been disqualified from last season's Brown Advisory Novices' Chase after Ireland's champion trainer admitted two charges under medication rules.

In a fast-track decision published by the disciplinary panel on Monday lunchtime, Mullins was found to have breached Rule (K) 2.2 as Final Demand ran at Cheltenham with mepivacaine (a Category B prohibited substance) in his system.

Final Demand, who finished second to stablemate Kitzbuhel, has been disqualified from the Grade 1 contest and prize-money will be reallocated.
