Fulke Walwyn KIM MUIR Challenge Cup Amateur Riders Handicap

Roaring Bull last one to finish, with Jack on....

Been PU a lot of the time, so they must have wanted to finish :distant:

Big Dog & Longhouse both interesting for this race.

The Big Dog 33/1 NRNB for this.
He's not gonna run here.... but it's a very big price if he did.... well, it's just a rick.... it won't be there long.... but probably just get your money back.

I think The The Big Dog wrecked his mark after that race and Irish National may be the target. Longhouse Poets is at 141 now so be touch and go. I believe his target is the 4 miler, Martin Brassil mentioned that in an interview that he wants a trip

Just watched The Big Dog on RTV.

Mentioned he was entered in the NHC, not averse to a trip to Cheltenham, but talk to the owners.

Also said that he would need a weight rise to get into the Irish National (he would get one for today’s big pot)

Be interesting to see how much he goes up from his current 136 on Tuesday.
If it’s a lot then Longhouse Poet and Run Wild Fred could get a bit of a collateral rise too, as they beat him into a 3 lengths 3rd in his last race.

If he is 142/143 they could sling him into the Kim Muir entries too - and cross their fingers for the UK rating the following week.
He’s around the same horse as Longhouse Poet and RWF, on their race form - and he looked a real grinder at the end of today’s big race.

All up in the air with jockeys and shit and weights and shit.
NRNB can't lose speculating really.

Let’s hope it’s part of the master plan as his form this season is looking pretty shite so far

Yes, he's certainly not looking like the most likely for connections is he at this stage.
I do feel there is another big win in him at some point.

THE BIG DOG Raised 8lbs from 136 to 144.

Now apparently better than Longhouse Poet and Run Wild Fred who beat him last month.

Cheers SW, are you seeing the amendments on BHA or RP?

The Irish handicapper has re assessed today.
Won't know what the UK guy does till they announce weights after entries.

Added any race @ 27/1. He's down to a mark of 136. Patrick tried to deliver him way too late from right out the back last year.

Long thought he’s got a big pot in him - just never worked out where.

I actually think he’d have a squeak in the GN
