seems cruel and unnecessary

Archie as an owner of a gold cup runner can you tell me if you fear Elegant Escape. You certainly should do but just wondered if you did.

is that the only horse your going to back all week? 41 post and all about EE, if it looks like a troll, sounds like a troll normally its a troll...

No it is not the only horse I am going to back.

I may back Buver Dair in the champion hurdle in a double with altior for the champion chase though that hasn't yet been decided.

See what price you'd get on elegant escape winning the champion hurdle, champion chase and gold cup.....you might as swell throw in the stayers whilst you're at it, I'm sure you think he's capable of winning all 4 this year.

How Dare you !! , you'll have BJT after you .

Elegant Escape isnt a hurdler and the champion chase trip is too short?

That's just ridiculous. He could do the Ryanair on the Wednesday and gold cup on Friday though it wouldn't be easy and he would need strong pace to aim at in the Ryan air.

Not only is that no longer possible it would also take a major re-schedule of running order....

If he started running on the Wednesday he might just win the GC

Walsh on Bellshill: "The Irish Gold Cup was great. Bellshill improved a lot from his run at Christmas. It was a good run and he is going in the right direction".

Walsh on Al Boum Photo: "His run at Tramore on New Year's Day, on the figures, was an exceptional one. I think three and a quarter miles will bring about improvement in him but he has a bit of ground to find on Presenting Percy".

Walsh on Invitation Only: "He probably has the most to improve of the four. He beat Alpha Des Obeaux in the Thyestes but Rathvinden subsequently beat him at Fairyhouse. It was a good performance in the Thyestes and maybe another step up in trip might bring about more improvement".

Walsh on Kemboy: "He has been improving since he came back from Cheltenham last year. He was good at Clonmel and got a great ride at Leopardstown over Christmas".

Spoke to a Grand National winning jockey who's now a revered writer this week (I won't post his name) who said Clan des Obeaux is a good thing for this. He also said Delta Work wins the RSA.
