Fair play Jon, but given what has been written before, not so much on here, but a lot of social media with injury rumours etc... I will still take every word, whether it be from yourself or anyone else, with a pinch of salt, and that's no disrespect to you or any of the other members on here but until I read it as 'confirmed' via the correct channels I would struggle to 100% believe it.

I do appreciate you taking the time to make people aware, unfortunately, in my instance it wouldn't have mattered if I had believed you or not as all bets were on Hollowgraphic long before your news.

Also, good work on the preview threads :)

No worries mate. I’d just hate to see anyone lose money in here. I want us all to beat the bookies and beat them well

A lot of the other stuff was positive anyway which I guess I can post anyway as it’s good news rather than bad.

Let's hope you are not correct about Stormy Ireland ;) though all of my bets on her are NRNB so wouldn't be major drama, but would be annoying.

The second nugget of information was you informed people here that footpad had a bleed, but no source?..

I’ve always thought Hollowgraphic was a fair sort. To me, what he did at Punchestown was a huge performance. We’ve been minding him since then with a view to Cheltenham, it was always the intention to go straight there

With all this 'information' it's a thank you for passing it on, so thanks jonthehammer for passing it on.

Up to any of us as individuals how much weight we place by it. But for anyone to congratulate the person passing it on or say well done is vile! You say congratulations or well done when someone has achieved something

Do you think the way I see it is wrong?

Were the media purposefully misinformed at the media day about the well-being of Hollowgraphic?

I haven't seen the reasons why he isn't running yet, they may well come out and back up the info you have months ago HOWEVER I'm just confused as to why that is more likely because the horse was paraded and worked in front of the media SINCE you passed it on.


You know it's not personal I'm just challenging the facts.

Shocking mate. In my list of ten biggest winners, I've lost numbers 1, 5 and 7 in Hollowgraphic, Cracking Smart and Elegant Escape.

Gives your confidence a bit of a kick before you even get there doesn't it :(

Just praying it cant be as bad as last year, but starting to get that sinking feeling....
