Cheltenham 2020 - Ante post bets

Just going through oddschecker and have noticed that unibet have lengthened some of the hendo horses. in particular champ 12/1 - RSA, 15/2 Buver d'air, Altior 20/1 - Gold cup......

I noticed Champ too Sprinter. Unibet is connected with the Hendo stable and today they have pushed his RSA price to a bookie high of 12/1 (from 8/1). That is a big move. The stable aren’t well known for advising the public quickly when there is a niggle or injury. Wonder what the stable bookmaker connection is doing with this big outward price adjustment.

It's interesting, but I dont think they would do it so blatantly if they were out, or something like that when they're already under huge scrutiny.

If it was to be the case. I'm sure the ramifications wouldnt be worth it.
I remember them price boosting all hendos stars the night before and on the day of his RP stable tour.

Does anyone know if that's tomorrow?

Theres a racingpost update for his stable tomorrow

Did anyone else spot step one of Nicky’s next Close Brothers plot this afternoon?! (Yes I’m already thinking about handicaps, just can’t help myself). Tongue firmly in cheek obviously - it’s hard enough to predict what will run in this just a few days before decs let alone 4 months out! Incidentally, the last 2 winners of that Huntingdon race are Festival winners... Le Breuil and Willoughby Court

That’s a sensible reason Scooby, if the RP Stable Tour is tomorrow.

Confirmed.

@RacingPost

stable tour on Nicky Henderson tomorrow. As he’s our ambassador we’ve taken out an advert & enhanced some prices around

@UnibetRacing

Starting to live up to his name, including when winning the Challow, and the only time he was beaten last season was trainer error when he was a gallant second in the Ballymore at Cheltenham. Proved he stayed 3m at Aintree and has summered incredibly well, so we're looking forward to chasing. He schooled well at Chepstow on Tuesday and Barry [Geraghty] thought he was pretty forward so I'm going to start looking for a race over 2m4f.

Any news on a Fusil Raffles JackieMoon? I notice the moneys come in for him in the Greatwood Hurdle today, mostly 8/1 Fav (some 10’s left).

Wasn't healthy for most of the winter and I was surprised with the ease of his Adonis victory, but a bad cut ruled him out of Cheltenham. His lass Sarah Shreeve's sterling efforts helped get him to Punchestown and he won there under a marvellous Daryl Jacob ride. He's more to offer, is coming along nicely and we'll see if he's ready for the Elite Hurdle on Saturday

Excellent news, a small field Grade 2 seems a better fit for a low mileage 4year-old with pretensions to aim for the Champion Hurdle.

Thank you. I'm assuming theres nothing reported injured / out for the season?

Apologies I meant the tour in general. But thanks.

It’s an epic tour so I’ve only skimmed it so far. Of all the main horses there did not seem to be any injury concerns that weren’t already known.

Mister Coffey is with Henderson, somebody mentioned he might not be the other week

Main thing I saw/took from it was Tornado Flyer is staying over hurdles so I’ve cashed my Atkle bet at 5% loss

I think everyone had said he is definitely with Henderson. Stable tour confirms it.

Impressive in his bumper in the spring, he's massive and could win another but his schooling suggests hurdling. Exciting and has loads of ability.
