Nicky H was very sweet on " Fusi " after the International yesterday .
another one that was discussed in detail here recently.

Saw that interview Big C, and the interviewer tried a couple of times to get him to talk up Call My lord and Pentland for the Champion.
He ignored and deflected to Fusil.
I read from that, that he knows the International was shit, and he's getting desperate.
It'll be worse when the older mare beats both his others on boxing day.

She only runs if its decent ground, if not she's retired to the breeding shed.

I'd have fusil raffles as he finishes his races very well and finds plenty off the bridle.

Trumpy to tank through the race and look like the likely winner before getting done late on by FR who hits the line hard going away

I think that's how i would see it too Scooby , and agree about going short or even Favourite for this race .
Klassical dream needs to come out firing next time for sure .

Ive heard a few bits that he Klassical dream hasnt had the smoothest of times in his prep, so wouldnt be too disappointed with the first run

I don't know how good he is, but i was disappointed with his 1st run. He should deffinately come on for it, but he will need to come on alot to be a "2m hurdling star"

I dont see any excuse with the trip or ground at all. Both should be more than fine On the Tuesday . It's just an issue of how good he is. He has one way of running, so he'll need to hold off all challengers.

If we're thinking the CH is weak. Theres actually maybe more depth than we realise.

I'd think the 1-2- will come from there. On all known form. And the assumption that the 2 juveniles are on the incline.

I’d suggest it is weak, Scooby, because where is the 170 OR horse in there post festival? That’s your winner.

Saldier is the only obvious candidate. He beat KD in KD’s ground fair and square and has form to last year’s CH winner. If fit, he should absolutely be fav.

After that, I fear we’re looking at a ground or course specialist.
