As painful as this time of year is with the non-runners there are normally 1 or 2 bets that come back from the grave, hoping this might be one of them :)

Flying Tiger highest rated to win this of 134. Veneer was 129. Handicap can be now compressed as everyone fights to get in. Last year 139 - 126. 2017 not too bad 139-124. But do tend to be rated 129/130 to get a run. 2016 ratings between 128 and 142. 2015 and 2014 both covered by 12lbs.

I know he was hoping for bigger than the 16/1 and 20/1 - if that helps. (For Rose Sea Has - Fred Winter)

Fusil Raffles he's on as a double at 90-odd for the Triumph.

Haha same.

I’d say this race is usually the hardest of the week. Was on Nube Negra last year and thought I’d cracked the code when he turned in front and kicked two clear but unfortunately not.

My only bet for this is also Lethal Steps at 20/1 each way. The argument for him from someone on here ages ago tempted me into a couple of points.

The Racing Postcast ante post section on this wasn't as awful as the others have been.

A newbie stats guy came up with some crazy theory about French bred NH horses and flat horses with over 10 runs ....

No idea if it's useful, but at least it was different! (Although Konitho was the main selection for him and I think I read he's going to skip the festival!)

Love Belargus for the Imperial a Cup, and 25/1 here is also a big price.
 
Praeceps off 129 would interest me if getting in - worth a poke at 33s with B365
