Notebook is a pure natural over his fences thats whats winning him these races, and he gave it his all to finish 1st there, very impressed i think hes special
 
Some race that. Bapaume nowhere to be seen when held up. Jumping was very in + out. Wouldn't be shocked to see him perform better if allowed to race how he has previously.
 
WPM has to play his ace now, and bring Annamix to the party! :devilish:
 
What beats him in this now? I don't see anything which will unless his pre race antics are terrible at cheltenham, he will LOVE that hill

Excited about coming into cheltenham, i just hope for honeysuckle now for a nice trixie of chacun, notebook & honey!

Fairly decent race tomorrow where he re-opposes EdB along with Moon Over Germany and the well thought of Mount Pelier.
I'd be slightly worried about the ground for him which could allow EdB to reverse the form (when otherwise i'd be hard pressed to see a reason why). Think he's better on less testing ground.

The Craddockstown Novice Chase is clearly a race Henry de Bromhead likes for his 2 mile novice chasers. Identity Thief, Sizing John and going back further Sizing Europe all won the race before going onto the 2 Irish Arkle trials at Christmas / and the now labelled Dublin Racing Festival. (and IT was lined up all season for the Arkle until never recovering from the defat by Min at Christmas)

At this stage the Irish Trials might not take too much winning. Fakir Doudairies could well mop them up but if Notebook is able to win tomorrow, he'll almost certainly go onto those races and would deserve to be there before a likely Arkle run in March.

Already backed Grand Sancy, as fancy one of nichols novices will likely make an impression, added it to B365 and was very happy with 40's.
Backed Quick Grabim also and hope they go chasing as he looks a definite 2 miler and running style may well suit.

Like the chances of Getaway Trump & Thomas Darby although both will need to be campaigned well and especially TD as he looks like another Kalashnikov to me and needs further (or a strongly run race on soft) to be at his best.

I've just backed Notebook at 50's, been watching the Punchestown meet from the other day and he jumped a perfect round under another excellent ride from Blackmore (she presents them at the fence really well, especially when they're talented enough anyway).
Not that good over hurdles but was probably always likely to be a better chaser after coming from PTP's.
Be amazed if it's good enough, but they all look shite right now and it looks good enough to shorten in price and win one or two races anyway.

I think when I mentioned it in mid October, someone said they'd already backed it anyway.

She should definitely be favourite to do so but you never know with Willie. Quick ground today possibly against Cash Back
 
Thought Notebook asserted in the final 50 yards and was going away so happy to believe the form will hold up
