Have you watched it Kev? Very strange that he didn't confirm him to be out of that was the case. Also, he hasn't been scratched from the race like Le Richebourg has.

On FFP this week they were saying there was a slim chance CE could make it.
 
Patrick sighed after he said it as if he knows it's highly unlikely.
 
Unless Patrick misunderstood the question which is unlikely as it was fairly cut & dry there must be a very small chance he makes a recovery in time. 100/1 shot I’d imagine.

Can’t remember another case where a fancied horse is confirmed ruled out then makes a miraculous recovery???

Douvan last season, was ruled out for the season before running in the QMCC
 
Adding to that Tony Mullins saying the same thing at a preview night, they must be trying to get him ready in what is a very open Arkle.
 
Looks like a decision has been made for Defi Du Seuil, and it is the JLT, if the exchanges are anything to go by anyway. Extremely weak. 14's to back, zilch to lay for the Arkle.
