…..Galia, Nassalam and Mr Incredible seem to be popular on Oddschecker. Bit of a drift for Galvin, hardly surprising with this rain.
 
Kitty's Light seems very popular still, but wouldn't he be another that would prefer better going?

Have now got 2 backed for the race:

Mr Incredible 20/1 1/5 5 places NRNB (365)
Galia Des Liteaux 35/1 1/4 4 places (Lads)

Both each way, annoyed I didn’t back Galia as she was 50’s when I was having a good look at the race yesterday and has now been cut, still think the price is decent enough. She’s starting to become a bit of a talking horse in the race now, bottom weight, likes soft conditions and her only try at a marathon trip was a great run giving well over a stone to a rival finishing second. Mr Incredible doesn’t need much introduction either, running well last year when the saddle slipped. Again has ran a blinder this year over a marathon trip second in the midlands national day after Cheltenham finished. He also finished 2nd funnily enough at Warwick in his first try at a marathon trip last year.

Limerick Lace 25/1 e/w is gonna be my soft ground backup option to Galvin

She loves the mud, finished 2nd in the Troytown which is a good trial and is only up 6lb for that run, despite two good wins at medium trips that won’t have emptied her tank, despite my concerns about Walk In The Parks for marathon trips she’s a full sister to Inothewayurtinkin who looked like he could do another lap in the Kim Muir so her pedigree looks stamina solid.

As a backer in worried about the rain too. I think he's much better on decent ground.

On another note, Annamix has been cut across the board for the foxhunter today. Not sure if he's a certain runner but the Topham run a couple of years ago will put him right in the mix and his form with Billaway and Ferns Lock isn't too shabby either. 11/1 still available.
 
….wasn’t sure he’d qualified but Cap du Mathan in Foxhunters decs with Olive Nicholls jocked up. 33-1 seems fair for a horse that finished 4th in a valuable Ascot handicap just a few months ago.
 
….think it’s 5 day decs for the GN, see if the likes of Panda Boy can sneak in. Thought BHA live decs would be available but not seeing it.

They aren't decs, they're confirmations so are on a different part of the BHA site.

If it's any help, as it stands, Willie and HdB haven't yet confirmed any and theirs are the only ones not confirmed down to and including Malina Girl at 39 with Classic Getaway and Bronn already marked as non-runners.

….so no withdrawals unless they come from Mullins (8 runners) or HDB (2 runners), not looking great for any 34+.

i presume this is where a couple of reserves are allocated.

I would think any reserves would have a good chance of getting in if it comes up heavy, the likes of chemical energy, fury rd and galvin would be doubtful under those conditions surely and a few others too.
 
….looking to me like the top 34 have stood their ground at the latest acceptance stage. 3 withdrawals, Empire Steel, Fantastic Lady and Angels Dawn none of whom were guaranteed a run anyway.

Panda Boy still no 35 :uncomfortableness:
