Johnny Dineen commented on Upping the Ante that the way Casey, Ruby etc. went on about IEP, it was like Gaelic Warrior wasn't in the race. Perhaps this is the reason why?

Gaelic Warrior in the parade ring ...

Well he hits the 150+ stat nicely, 3 times. I'd much rather they didn't though!

Sorry Charlie but I can't be having a few of your opposing views. Irish Point travelling has nothing to do with his ability, they said very early that he was going to be minded and he wasn't guaranteed to be coming over this season. Those comments were made back in December by connections. Also Ashroe Diamond was never put in the race behind FV and IET, it's hard to compare IET and MN's beating of Ashroe here. In regards to the Royal Bond, we don't know how strong the form is, and we won't until next season. At the moment we can judge it based on what they've achieved next time out and apart from Irish Point disappointing at the DRF they've all ran well enough to suggest its not 'piss weak'. I remember a fair few calling last years Bond complete trash and I can imagine some of them can't see Mighty Potter beat in the turners.

Mind you I wouldn't be taking 7/2, you'll most probably be getting 5/1 at least on the day anyway.

Thats OK pal, differing views are the lifeblood of the forum!

Irish Point is relevant because he wasn't out battling a top notcher.

Piss weak is probably OTT from me.

Yeh price is terrible, esp if GW comes here too.

Run4Home have you heard any whispers?

No mate, just as Joe said the ground makes the Supreme an option using his stamina.
I'd be very doubtful he'll end up there though, there already running FV, IET , Dark Raven and Diverge there.

I get very suspicious about some of these exchange movements. It's been said time and time again that it doesn't take much cash these days to move markets with reduced liquidity. This one seems to have had little substance.

I think people see the sea of blue on odds checker and panic, forgetting most firms are NRNB.

I haven't seen this mentioned here but Paul's blog yesterday via ladbrokes.

Paul Townend on FACILE VEGA:

"Among my best chances of the #CheltenhamFestival is Facile Vega. I have forgiven him for Leopardstown and I hope he has forgiven me.

"The feeling I get off him is so special and I hope we can get off to the right start."

I spent more time than I should have trying to snipe some of the bigger prices on GW for the Bally yesterday. I think it was someone messing around on the exchange to try and force the drift - less than a hundred quid was matched at double figures.

The tweet by RoadToCheltenham even got a few of my mates panicking!

Be a decent trade when he hits that 9/4 SP :cat:

And in this age of misinformation, together with paranoia and nervousness so close to the Festival, nevermind the ignorance and innocence of casual punters, these are enough ingredients for those who want to, to present false flags. Thankfully, this one doesn't seem to have had much effect.

Dark Raven being supported for this. Really think he'd be seen better over a longer trip but I guess the Double Greens don't want to run Double Double Greens on the Wednesday :tongue-new:

But of money for Inthepocket in this. Last matched at 32s. Presumably weather related.
