Said on here last month a price for Mullins not to have a novice hurdle winner at Cheltenham would be of interest. I'm sure he's got some shuffling to do now. Impaire et Passe or Gaelic Warrior to the Supreme now (if Gaelic wins in 10 minutes time)?

The 2 horse the stable were most bullish about (AI, FV) both soundly beaten just shows the stable doesnt always get it right!

Never was convinced facile vega was the superstar his price implied but the only thing you can do with that race is put a line through it imo. stupid pace for the first mile. Irish point wtf was that too.

Clearly had the handbrake on Irish Point for a mark for the county, I said this after the Lawlors as he only needed 1 more run for a mark

I think in all the fuss, the 6-1 Il Etait NRNB suprem price is a steal.
He won that like a good thing.
Not sure what Russell was doing on Irish Point as I missed the first 2 jumps. I imagine he though the pace was suicidal, but if you sit too far off - the horse can get confused or disinterested.

He'll get around 146-150 though, so I doubt this.

Looks like they went too quick and the race has fallen apart

Facile did go out like a light though so may be an underlying issue

Mr townend not covering himself in glory this weekend

Novice race quicker than champion hurdle on overall time, but the penultimate hurdle was ommited.

Yeah that was my take on that ride too. Davy understood the pace was stupid but in tailing himself off he effectively forfeit any chance of taking part in the race. Irish Point didn't jump great today too which doesn't help when you have to make up ground. Winner was good though no fluke I'd say.

I've got him covered for the Supreme it just wouldn't be my preferred race by a fair way tbh!
