Crazy times.

Altior v Fox Norton at the weekend should be some race of the both show up. Odds on that Nicky will miss it and head straight to Cheltenham I feel.

tell us more could be genius yet ...tizzard talking about ryanair for fox norton

Ha. No sur prise. If sizing John does well in the Irish Gold cup then you can see the switch.

Fox Norton is not good enough to be single figures in any race ... I know I keep saying it but he is pathetic odds. Awful. If altior beats him then anyone with single figure odds each way for this race should give up ....

:devilish: muhahaha

I've had a good day but that's made me lol

Has anyone heard anything on God's Own recently? I have found little from the trainer regarding targets, though I know he was always going to have a mid season winter break.

Seen a couple of people mention him with the Ryanair in mind...

Jono - I still think he's heading for the Champion Chase, no info just my view

From Hendos day - without Douvan ew ? 20/1 with sportsbook NRNB

Douvan may be home for all money but there's a lot of money up for grabs for the placed horses and trainers are beginning to cast a covetous eye at it with the possibility of a very small field. Altior won't be heading there for Henderson but L'Ami Serge just might as long as he comes out of Sunday's National Spirit Hurdle in one piece.
"Just see who's going to take on Douvan, look at the second and third prize money," said Henderson. "That's the thought with him at the moment. Left-handed over fences, he's good round there. He did disappoint. I can excuse him Haydock but I don't know what happened at Cheltenham the time before because he looked to have done everything right that day. As I said to Simon [Munir, owner] afterwards, this horse looked like a two miler…….attack, attack, attack."

Crap run the last day but still going here ..DJ

L’Ami Serge finished third in the National Spirit at Fontwell last weekend and was very tired after the race. It was testing ground there and we’ve decided to go down the Betway Champion Chase route with him at Cheltenham.

If L'ami Serge runs 2nd to Douvan then Douvan will struggle to get a higher rating than Altior :highly_amused:

.................... " and i'm telling you , i'm gonna supleement lil ol Let's dance in this and give the stable lads a 100k bonus !!.

He made £100 million each of last 2 years, could give the stable staff £100k each and wouldn't miss it

Is God's Own going here or Ryanair? I haven't seen his running plans confirmed yet.
