I seriously think Valseur Lido will go for the RSA. Cant see them wanting to take Vautour on in the JLT and ruby described him yesterday as a stayer. 14-1 at coral looks a nice price.

Pricewise thinks Mullins would like Don Poli in NH Chase , valseur in rsa and vautour in jlt

But probably won't decide until Monday if the festival.

Cooper doesn't seem too keen on giving the Don Poli ride to Patrick in the 4 miler. So it could be a battle between Cooper and Mullins in Michael and Eddie's ears as to which way they go.

Welcome on board OC.

Its hard enough working out what Willie will want to do never mind trying to perm the Gigginstown horses. Cooper seems to have ended up on the wrong one a good few times lately.

Used to love the Giggy horses in this. From our leaders stats ...

Respect the Gigginstown horses - they have finished 4142FF since 2009

but happier to follow Davy now :)

Davy Russell ridden horses have finished 414213 in the race since 2009, Geraghty is P56131 and Walsh 1FFP44 over that period

stats on the Dr PJ moriarty or flogas as it now is - been a good pointer to the Festival. Arkle and RSA winner finished 1-2 recently enough !

Newmill and Big Zeb ran in this not winning...so can move back to two miles.

Willie runs three in the Grade 1 novice chase and I’m on the mare, Adriana Des Mottes. She departed at the final fence at Limerick, when destined for second behind Gilgamboa.

She gets plenty of weight, but, given a choice, I’d be with Gigginstown’s Valseur Lido. He jumped and travelled great when winning the Drinmore at Fairyhhouse and is a smart sort.

Suoer ride from Carberry there !

Don Poli actually being shortened in the RSA by a few bookies, strange reaction

I think as our Conor said Cooper does not want to get off Don Poli. Mentioned him by name as one he was looking forward to on Irish tv just now.

New poster. Interested to see some of the chat regarding Valseur Lido/Don Poli. To my knowledge the Paddy Power odds on the Mullins horses are a good guide as to where they will be going and PP are now top price Don Poli for the 4 miler and worst price for the RSA/top price Valseur Lido.

I have heard it said Mullins decides rather than owners where his horses run - except with Gigginstown.

Interesting information Old Vic. It certainly seems that way. He said to Matt Chapman on ATR yesterday after racing that the RSA looked to be the race for VL but connections had different ideas.
