Stormy Island, Burning Victory, Echoes In Rain and Finest Evermore seem like a very decent squad.

I can't see it, or maybe I don't want to see it. Willie is killing me with these switches so I suppose anything is possible

Well would Burning Victory not look his best dart for the race at present (Concertista aside)? Why was PT not on her for her final piece of work :hopelessness: unless he’s siding with Echoes In Rain, which would be strange as she’s never ran over the distance and there are doubts about her staying.

I think the pecking order would go Stormy Island as a top rated C&D winner, then Burning Victory as a festival winner, then Echoes in Rain, and then Finest Evermore. If I could only back one of them at the prices it would be Finest Evermore no question and I've just added another point at 22/1. It was a superb comeback run after a year off to go down 5L to Royal Kahala, it really was. If she comes on for that run I think she's a player big time.

It would certainly be welcome new's for me Charlie , :highly_amused:. a bit of Compensation for running G.D.Ch. in the " wrong " Race .:disgust:.
 
Has Gauloise been scratched from the race ?
