I was against him when he was half that...

It's not unfeasible that I back him before Saturday.

Different races, different days, different distances. We all know that’s a leap of faith. And at very different tracks.

If you believe FdE’s run at Kempton was “to form”, fair enough. I don’t. And that analysis dismisses clock times over 2 miles and compared to standard entirely in his two chase runs (and wins).
 
Brewins best run was his chase debut for me, trainer at the time said he was nowere near fit enough
 
Yeah I was only replying to your post mate. I’m struggling to see beyond Notebook or FD, but brewin would be the English threat for me

If Brewin is 16L better than Midnight Shadows Dipper run then he's a bit of a beast :highly_amused:



Midnight Shadow winning a Grade 2 over 2m4f doesn't frank Brewin's Arkle claims for me (it's obviously not a negative, but it's not really something you can cling on to unless you believe MShadow gave a true running?)




and plus, Midnight Shadow only won because Champ fell over... he was getting thumped
