I wouldn't worry about trip or ground, as stated many times, the classy ones can usually cope with most.
She's nicely bred actually, and her dams sire (Midnight;s Legend) has produced some very flexible trip wise horses recently.
The Dam (Sparky May) got within 10 lengths of the greatest mare alive.

So the focus should be on winning a grade 3/listed race first.
I'd say that Irish trainers (on the whole) focus on Cheltenham above anything else.
It's the biggest shop window.
And they're generally not daft.
But I agree, in a novice mare hurdlers career then the race at Fairyhouse would be the ideal end to the season.

Not seen a race suggested yet, but the Irish race programme is thin enough to find the one or two Listed/Grade 3 choices open to a Mares Novice in a few weeks time.
The only Mares Novice ones are
* Listed Voler de Vedette - 2M3F Sunday 11th Dec
* Listed Boreen Belle - 2M Sunday 18th Dec
Probably the former (at Punchestown) given its around the midtrip.
She could take some of the Down Royal Grade 3 runners from the weekend in one of them
Magical Zoe (with a penalty), Nikini, The Model Kingdom.
Ultimately Fairyhouse for the Grade 1 over a trip that suits her better than 2M by the look of her breeding.
No reason not to give the MNH a swing at Cheltenham a go too, if she proves herself along the way.Last edited by Saxon Warrior; 6 November 2022, 04:50 PM."Journeys to Glory, breathing in his head".

I think this is a lovely horse. He finished third on his only start in France over hurdles but will run in bumpers this season.
Is this possible after already running in a hurdle race?Last edited by YoungHustler; 6 November 2022, 06:43 PM.

Blue Bresil by a King's Theatre dam, so the same as Constitution Hill, albeit different dams.
If he was with Nicky he'd be shorter than 40/1 for the Supreme, for sure.

Constitution Hill started at Sandown.
Shishkin at Newbury.
Altior at Chepstow.
Summerville Boy at Stratford.
Cinders And Ashes at Ascot.
Al Ferof at Cheltenham.
Menorah at Warwick.
Last 7 winners from GB, not one repeat track for starting out. As a backer I'm more concerned about Alan King not winning the race previously, personally.
