For me I want her to escape any form of penalty so a close 3rd would be lovely. (its 5lbs 1st 3lbs 2nd isn't it?)

Maybe they'll just pick up the decent win prize money today and drop into a weak looking Mares Hurdle without Benie or Honey ??

Not now no. Elimay has a big chance in that race and Hendo has already mentioned DDC being a novice and not fancying taking on experienced Mares.

Cashed my DDC bet for just shy of 100% profit, not an ideal prep run by any means and by no means certain will even turn up here anyhow. No doubt she will have drifted so I can re assess at a later date if there are some notable post race comments from Nicky.

Hendo had already said he didn't fancy the Mares Chase as a novice, and now it's a certainty she skips it.
