Hello Fat Jockeys,

Upgrading the Fat Jockey forum!: https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/p/fatjockeyforum

We're looking to upgrade the 'hosting CPU' so I've set up a crowdfunding project.

I would love it if you could donate using the link below to access my project page. Any contribution large or small will be hugely appreciated. Thank you.

I'm not that far off backing him at 10/1 NRNB

2 races away from checking though

Makes perfect sense. Arguably his best performance last season was at the festival. Bound to get some give in the ground on day one without natures helping also, so that shouldn't be an issue.

I don't remember the serious hurdling errors last season (must have been watching something else), so not sure where they have suddenly come from. He's better than that IMO.

      • I’m totally against epatante envoi Allen is going ballymore can’t have pentland hills for me it’s between 3 honeysuckle saldier and klassical dream if honeysuckle is beaten at DRF wont go Klassical dream E/W bet to nothing at 10’s mite just be a horse that comes alive at Cheltenham totally biased tho I’ve backed him throughout the season and may have to a nibble @ 10’s even tho the terrible performances

Can't see him running or Honey for that matter .The ground will be too quick . They are already watering the Chase course which isn't a good sign. I'm beginning to think the idea of the Stayers could become reality.

Isn't he too mental for a Stayers currently?

...25-1 to win the Irish Champion Hurdle and Champion Hurdle in PP specials (to win at DRF and Cheltenham).

I've replied to you each time with the above, and each time you ignore the fact he looks crazy. Wouldn't be sure a mile extra will sort anything. Even with the ground.

I very much doubt Leopardstown will allow the ground to be like it was last year. If they do they are in danger of making their new "super meeting" look a joke.

Please don't do it. It won't happen.

Does sound like Mares still the favoured option but......who knows?!

Four Mares have the top four RPRs in Champion Hurdle.

Apples Jade, Verdana Blue, Honeysuckle and Epatante, and given no male superstar to beat and a 7lb mares allowance, I can’t see why top quality Mares wouldn’t switch to the Champion Hurdle (it’s the “Gold Cup” of Hurdling).

Next year we may have one or two superstar novice geldings taking over the scene and the Mares could have lost their best chance.

They can go to the Mares Hurdle the following year, or the new Mares Chase.
