  • Aren't Haydock finishes weird when its heavy ?
It seems like the inside track near the rail is made of fly paper.
It happens so often that horses seem to stop and one runs on really well down the middle. There must be something in it.
One for the betfair in running boys.

    • As regards Pentland Hills.
I'm glad I've not backed him but god does he travel well. He'll be a scary one come the day for sure. Hope he don't run.

But why is pentland hills still 8-1 best price
I’m annoyed that I’m annoyed but it is annoying right ?

            • Not watched the race and probably a little pocket talk having backed CL.

But giving weight to both and beaten 3/4 of a length can’t be all bad. Had his ground I suppose in his favour.

Will probably let my bet run on him in case it does come up softer than soft, in such an open renewal.

I wasn't annoyed, but did expect him to be a decent double figured price after getting beat there.

Saw him shorten in a couple spots while I was looking, and I was working at the same time, so just closed the browser and went back to that. Less taxing on the mind

does anybody know if klassical dream is still gunno run in the irish champion, Interesting that Thomas darby won well yesterday making KDs supreme win that tiny little bit better. I still think hes the forgotten horse and backed it yesterday at 10s

Think the Supreme form is clutching at straws if weve got to January and we are looking at the second winning a hcp off 151 by a length to give it some substance.

                      • The only way Klassical Dream would be of any real interest to me now would be if the there was no good at all in the going description on the day

                        • KD and Buveur Dair have been a real kick in the bollocks financially and for me it’s not just the ground dependent for KD it’s also his lack of hurdling technique and his temperament

The optimist in me still retains a flicker of hope , the realist says NO.

Not one area of concern but 3

Saldier my only hope of cleaning up the mess/ shit

Everyone saying of the race “no real potential superstar and poor quality “ but it’s now turned into a fascinating race and good luck to anyone who has “ cracked “ this race , cos I haven’t ( I think )

I believe so, unless it's good ground. He had his seasonal debut which was a shade disappointing for both him and sharjah.

He then made a howler in his next start and all chance was gone. So hes made 1 mistake and seen as a no hoper.

Everyone seems very keen on honeysuckle who has beaten easy game and had bacardys bang there over 2 1/2. Before pulling away in the latter stages.
So I assume if klassical dream runs and beats her, he goes fav. I'm deffinately not ruling him out myself.
