Who's Attending Where?

Donny 5th June
York 9th July
Definitely be at the Ebor meeting.

He's been declared which is the first step. Just waiting for the race to be priced up now.

In view of the terrible weather forecast I am waiting until tomorrow to make a move just in case he's pulled out. His price is far bigger that I could have imagined which is a bonus. Just hope it holds up until the morning.

5’s into 3’s. Good luck mate and have a great day. :redface-new:

I did a Bath double earlier of Lobos’s horse with Wiff Waff who was put up by Quevega earlier in the week, 36.5/1. I’ll be very grateful to both if that comes in!

Ha i've done the same, so apologies in advance!

Rectory road in the last is a big whisper up here

DRF 2022
:cheerful:

DRF and obviously Cheltenham are all i've booked so far.
Done 31 of the UK courses so quite fancy trying to complete most of the NH ones i've got left from October onwards.
Been before but quite fancy heading back to Chepstow, really like the course and it's a nice area for a chilled weekend.

Donny 5th June
York 9th July
Definitely be at the Ebor meeting.

Donny on 17th July also - big lad with beard singing about being human, and the Mrs likes him.

Also booked flights for DRF last week, so would be daft not to have a meet up with some of you who'll be there.
Although I'll be with the Mrs again, so no telling her any of my secrets.:boxing:

I was at York on Saturday, first time there and what a lovely course.

Will likely take in a meeting at Nottingham over the summer, I worked there in my student days so it's a nice place to meet up with some of the lads.

I'll probably go to the Betfair again this year and I'd be very interested in the Hennessey meeting at Newbury, has anyone been before?

I've only done the Saturday before (quite a few times) but I'm looking at doing the 2 days this year and staying over somewhere - ideally one of the nice looking flats! It's always a good day and there are places on course to go after for live music/DJ sets.

Not sure how you're planning on getting there, but there's a train station pretty much on the course. Unfortunately, it doesn't cater for me very well (coming from Cheltenham), but might work well for others.

Thanks mate, I'll look into it

Hexham on the 6th of June. Not only is it the most glorious racecourse in the country, it also necessitates my staying in Newcastle which naturally means LUCKY 9 VEGAN MEGA BOX!!!1

Will probably be extremely stand-offish prior to the juvenile hurdlers being unsaddled and washed down, but if anyone there wants to say hello afterwards then I would not be averse.

I’m going up to Cartmel on June 2nd. Never been there, really looking forward to it. Looks a beautiful course.

It is indeed a beautiful course with a most unique atmosphere. Don't know how measures will affect it for the time being, but in its typical state, Cartmel is essentially a fair surrounded by a racecourse. Despite my not being a massive 'people person', it is still one of my favourite courses and somewhere every racegoer should visit if they get the chance.

Spectre did you make it to Mkt Rasen yesterday? Local course for me and first time in a few years I haven’t been. Was a good day for it :very_drunk:

Hoping to go through Worcester Thursday

….I’m at Cartmel today, staying in a hotel overlooking the course & it looks fabulous this morning.

Sounds spot on, have a top day and report back! One i'm definitely keen to tick off.
