Pic d'orhy would be long odds on against anything in the triumph market. If they'd have come over to auteuil for the grade 1s for example.

If you put laskadine who will be smashed in tomorrow for this. Theoretically in the last grade 1 that pic D'orphy and beaumec de houlle fought out, she'd have been a wild price.
Adjali would have been Atleast 14/1

That really is crazy.

I’m still tempted to carry on backing on Pic Dorhy NRNB even though he’s already my biggest bet and winner already.

You know your stuff for the french juveniles. The bit about how he should be 2/1 stood out but that right there stands out even more. 2/11 in your opinion in a match bet? That’s insane. But great to read.

I wouldn't have thought that would be a bias opinion in any way. On a match bet. on all known form there wouldn't be a huge ammount between goliath de berlais/ fiuminco and adjali. Adjali was 6/1 against beaumec de houlle and comfortably beaten twice. Beaumec de houle has gone on from there and fiuminco was priced at 12/1 So a reappearance where he's twice beaten and closely matched with the above. I'd think thats fair enough.

Yeah I believe you.

I didn’t mean crazy as in wrong. I meant it’s crazy that Pic Dorhy is as big as he is for this when you’d have him 2/11 in a match against one of the favourites for the same race.

I've missed all the Pic Dorhy chat. Straight question Scoobs - lets say you haven't had a bet on the Triumph yet (:)) and you can only back one horse in the race. Pic Dorhy (14/1) or Adjali (10/1)......

Pic d'orhy 100% because the reason for backing adjali was the related form behind himself and beaumec de houlle.
If we're being theoretical
I'd have taken the nrnb concession also if I could get it, incase of injury.
 
I know kevloaf likes to be ahead of the game ..... in terms of prices. Not tipping what so ever.
And Not one for me to back. but laskadine will be close enough to fav later I'd have thought if she hacks up in this race today.

Im on neither. I wont be backing her myself. My hands full here.

But Depending on how many people see her pre race. If shes one you want You might still be able to hover over the 25s 33s during.
Worth noting the 33s is with cashout too. If you played a tiny bet you'd see what percentage the cashout would be beforehand.

Deffinately wouldn't take 16s

Cant see a speed track suiting Pic Dorhy and probably on good ground, Adonis is sort of race that would get him beat? But owners live local so they might want to go for it.

Now that would suprise me.
He had 1 run diddnt like it, they put him back into the top races over hurdles

If you stay in France and you want to go to the grade 1s over hurdles, you need to step up all the way to 3 miles+ (French champion hurdle) . At a staying track in auteuil.

This lads a 2 miler, he's bags of pace and he can settle to drop in. You wouldn't be sending him up to 3 miles out of choice.
So you either sell him for a ton of cash. Or try and turn him into a stayer.

Blue Dragon was a hell of a horse but got ruined trying to send him up to 3. I'd have loved to see him in a CH.

Only her 2nd run. Only did what she was asked for and Won with plenty in hand
It wait to see her in a proper race and see what she can do.
 
Oh yea im not saying she wont improve just that the jumping today was very poor. Good engine on her to jump like that and still win cosy.
 
Adjali entered in the trial on Saturday. Hopefully don’t end up with a small field, a truly run race would be ideal
