Triumph Hurdle 2019

I’m sure people have put bets on with far less :highly_amused:

At the end of the day you have the price and the right book maker to make an exit if needed. But for me, I couldn’t do it as it goes against my personal due diligence process. The main thing I don’t like is the sire but that could prove unfounded as he’s not really had many NH progeny. I would think he’d be a speedy sort and will no doubt win his debut nicely.

Well the most important thing to state is that I have two approaches, first is to beat the SP of a given horse - the second is then find the winner and adjust my position accordingly :)

In terms of the Triumph, how much emphasis would you put on the sire? I'd have not given it that much weight as they're all bound by such a specific set of limitations (liek what trip they'll run at this season) that I wouldn't want to give it too much thought?

I'm a big GOT fan so I'm going to be sick if Jon snow the mullins juvenile in the ricci silks does adjali on the line.

Jon Snow (Kit Harington) lives the next road on from me. I'll be sure to let him know he's got a live one in the Triumph

Triumph sires can indeed be the non-traditional sources but I still like to see what a particular sire has been producing regardless. As Le Havre has mainly been producing flat horses over a mile, it’s enough to concern me until I’ve seen him (Jon Snow) run.

I’ve added Ajkali at 33s for this to my previous bet of Never Adapt at 25s

Hopefully that’ll be me done now on the race as they both bolt up next time

From a winning perspective, Willie doesn't have too good a record in this race.

But from an each way angle, 5 placed in the last three seasons.

Hopefully they've still got some of the old gear from MY TENT I expect they'll try a new bit on her at home and do what they can. It diddnt stop him pulling like a train and tanking to the front in the CH though in annies year. I'm really suprised she's still fav as that's a huge problem to have.

Style de vole entered up for jp and hendo. Bolted up on the flat. Could be anything.

Fusil raffles for hendo munir and suede
If you read fusil raffles form, you'll almost get a shock. And want an immediate price, Until you read its the wrong MY WAY.
Fusil raffles could be one for the fred winter

A few people on twitter getting excited about the run of style de vole there. And cut to 16s in a place. I wasn't impressed at all tbh. Could do with a few more runs on smaller tracks before they think about going up in grade.

Looked houndish.

I backed at 33/1. Cash out is the same.

Looked value for a bigger winning distance than he won by but you'd rather see them win by a distance than look like they could (in open company)

Adjali has an entry at Market Rasen next Thursday, along with Fusil Raffles for same connections.

Added a small e/way double for Adjali (Triumph) & Fusil Raffles (Fred Winter).

Bit of a low key starting point for a Triumph contender?
