To Win at DRF & Cheltenham Festival

Morning all

I'm probably being dense but after reading previous comments I'm still having difficulty finding some of these bets on Sky's pages - I can't see their 'Ante-post doubles' section can anyone give me any clues?

If you go to Racing > Specials > Request a Bets you can usually find them in 'Antepost Special Doubles' or if they have a special 'To Win Today & Cheltenham' option. They seem to be moving a few things around this morning which is making things more confusing.

Finding it very difficult to find sky specials this weekend myself! Have they taken them down? Suppose with final decs?

No french aseel

Only noteworthy absentee, set for a good weekend hopefully

Whoever flagged up the quillixos ante post price for this when it was 13/2 a few weeks back deserves a pat on the back

Brandy Love & CB 33-1

....suspect so, but the 30-1 Quilixios double is looking decent at this stage for those that went early on that one.

Sky have added Take Tea & CB 40-1.

A lot of deadwood value wise in these prices but one that does catch my eye is Gaillard to win the 2m6f novice hurdle and the Ballymore at 16s.
It's currently getting backed in for tomorrow from its price after yesterdays decs from 5/2 to 3.0 on Betfair.
To gain from taking the 16's as opposed to backing it separately you will need it to be 9/2 for the Ballymore or shorter. It's such a strong field that I can see it around 7/2 for the Ballymore if winning nicely enough tomorrow.

Small margins perhaps but it's quite possible that the money will continue to come for it tomorrow and for those that don't have the horse in their Ballymore team yet, it's a decent enough way for getting him in.

How tough is tomorrows race to win though ?

He's been backed like they expect a lot, but for a horse that is a bit keen to win that race against some proper future sloggers will be very impressive.
The number of potential challengers and the heavy ground and likely pace makes him look very short for tomorrow IMO.
Looks much more a trial for the bartlett than the Ballymore.

Having backed Gaillard for the ballymore I'd be happy with a decent showing, even if he gets done on the run in, by a nutcase that will run till it's heart packs up.
