Thursday Card

Today’s card really is one of the best of the year, can’t wait

Actually got a little bit of a buzz on for today, not going to lie.

Going for a fancy lunch at work too so can sneak watching on phone with a couple of beers too

going in to cheltenham i thought pentland hills had looked more like an aintree horse and then he did what he did. I still think aintree will bring about further improvement. I think he could well be a superstar from what has been a very disappointing division this year. I like him a lot. Any juvenile that did what he did to older horses at plumpton is likely to be top drawer.

Can't see anything to touch him at aintree. The loss of sir erec understandably took some of the attention away but he is a proper racehorse.

#keep the faith!

Oh wow!

Kemboy looked superb then.

Archie going to found at 4am somewhere! :very_drunk:

Well done archie. That was genuinely superb

Quintessential Aintree day, a 5/2 winner, and picking the wrong one of my final two in each race

Well done Archie - super ride from Ruby.

Will done Archie. I can only imagine the feeling! :encouragement:

Absolutely !!,Well done Archie !, I had him in my L.31 too , Great performance from the Horse and jockey.

Whoosh! Back home now and the San Miguel tastes good!

Thanks to everyone for their kind words. Ruby said that all he had to do was steer and keep the horse from going too quickly.

Sympathies are with evertoncal who, knowing that Voix Du Nords don't stay a yard beyond 3 miles, presumably got wiped out.

WIllie mentioned America for him?!

I assumed Punchestown and then Gold Cup next season...via defending his crown at Leopardstown.

Look forward to it whatever it is!

Just caught the race now, congrats Archie, lovely performance that, never in doubt

Brutal day. 4 2nd places (to win), a 20/1 ew 1-3 finishing 4th, and a few doubles across the festival going kaput. Didn’t return a penny.
