I missed this post originally, so apologies for not replying.
unfortunately she wasn't declared, got this one wrong here I'm afraid, maybe Harry going to ffos Las for cherie dam played a part in the decision, im not sure.

Anyway I had 1pt win with 365, which they settled as a loser on the non declaration, i just logged in and to my surprise they have re-settled the bet as void and returned me my 1pt. I was coming to post about this and see your post.

I also had 1.5pt e/w with skybet, as they opened at bigger odds and I'm greedy as well as stupid.
They haven't settled the bet at all yet.

would somebody know whether sky should void it or are they awaiting a potential rescheduled lanzarote before settling my bet?

Sky voided a couple of my becher chase day bets very late - a week or two after. Those were all declared so don't know how they'll treat non-declarations, but you may have a little wait to find out :cower:

The reason West Balboa was settled initially as a loser then changed to void, was that when she was not declared for the race then the bet was, as any AP bet, a loser. But because later the race was not run, then all AP bets became void.

Sky are just being slow as all bets are void. If they put their customer hat on then they would work quicker to void the bets as most monies would be reinvested by punters.

To wait for a re run race etc is ridiculous as sometimes races cut up and sometimes races are reopened, so markets are reformed.

Request your monies be voided and they should do it.

Thanks, I understand why 365 done what they've done.

What I'm essentially asking is what you have called ridiculous.
As she wasn't declared this time are they hedging their bets it'll be rescheduled and end up a loser as it would've been this time.

And if I ask them to void it would they use the above reason as why they haven't yet done so.

Maybe I should just ask but I find them live chats such a pain in the arse.

I've been on live chat, and sky will wait to see if it's rescheduled and if it isn't they will void the bet.

Most automatically void.
If Sky choose not to in this instance I believe Aaron would be able to request it be void, if he wants.

This is the thing, I actually don't want it void, but asked the question as I was intrigued to know there reason for not doing as 365 did.

Im happy to see how it plays out now....

Fabulous. Been waiting for her to run again. MNH looks wide open so she could take a big leap forward.
 
Kargese entered up at ascot saturday, likely take that up you'd think if energumene declared also.

She is one very much on my mind but the trainer is having a shocking season so far. If she wins despite this I’d say that’s a tip in itself.

I thought it was quite interesting that he had Gidleigh park entered up for Exeter today, seemed pretty sure he was running him there when I read an article. Also sounded pretty keen to take it slowly with him.

Next thing you know he's entered him up in the lightning novices chase over 2miles.
obviously I'm hoping that's a sign he's been showing the right signs at home.

Agree, he's been in desperate form. Maybe he's had his bad spell and his luck will change..He said she was as good as any Mare he's had . If she's as good as Love Envoi then she just wins doesn't she ?!
