The JACK RICHARDS NOVICES LIMITED Handicap Chase

Think it was Empire Of Dirt, same connections & same race, who spent all season jumping like his shoelaces were tied together then come the big day he flew round. Could happen again. I might have to join in on this punt!

edit: think it was the Plate he won actually!

Just started looking at this

And noticed my Caldwell potter any race bet has risen from the dead

Well until 2:03 tomorrow

Would require a monmiral esque miracle from Nicholls and cobden as the grounds not soft enough and he won't stay a strongly run 2m4f

Top of the market is interesting to say the least

Nurbugring can't jump
Firefox is allergic to winning
Asian master is been ridden by Peter crouch
springwell bay would need to run to 160 which seems a huge ask
Caldwell is a Yak with a capital Y
pic roc has 2nditis
lord of thunder needs further
Answer to kayf probably wants soft ground

Jeez im struggling to nail down selections in the handicaps this year. Usually 2 or 3 jump out at me but not this year.

perhaps will have to leave it and pray to Paul Nicholls for a cheltenham miracle. See if they can get back 10% of the sales price. He's definitely well in off 146 he just needs a stiff 2 miles on heavy ground I'd say. Not a stiff 2m4f on decent ground.

For fuck sake can they not get a fucking start right.
Biggest meeting of the year and they can't get a start right

When are the other jockeys ever going to learn not to give Harry Cobden a free lead over that distance at Cheltenham. No jockey rides it better but he rarely gets taken on.

Well.... just makes you wonder how far Gidleigh park would've won the arkle by really, doesn't it :miserable:

The Cheltenham miracle came true

Bet cobden couldn't believe his luck when they gave him such an easy time in front

He'd have probably won the arkle running like that

Guess that puts to bed my theory on the brighterdaysahead, mighty potter, caldwell potter family not liking the track

I bet paul enjoyed that

Can anyone remember what was said about bets placed before it changed to a handicap? In this case with Denise. I have Caldwell Potter in a Yankee placed many moons ago with Marine Nationale, in my head if you left it open they paid out part bets involving such races bet credits, but i'm probably imagining it and that leg its simply void?

pretty sure 365 & Sky returned stakes , but also honoured bets as a gesture
