Stayers Hurdle 2020

With the exception of PP (too short now so only in a couple of doubles) has anyone really got an angle on this race. My guess is that more than half of the top 10 in the betting wont run here, there has to be a bit of value somewhere.

I may just wait until the day and back Bacardys or Summerville Boy without PP

Thats deffo the way to go now. Wait til the day and bet without PP.

Not really, I am going to have a proper crack at the race this weekend

It wouldn't be the biggest surprise to see City Island end up in this. He jumped better last time but, given that, he should have been much closer and he is running like he is just not enjoying it over fences. He may just not be the horse he was this time last year but at 16/1 NRNB he is probably worth a chance. I can't see much else to take PP on with.

He really should run in this- he isn’t ready for the big novice chases.

As I said in the Champion Thread I took a risk on him for that but clearly connections don’t fancy it.

Considering this myself too, the Ballymore run just seems so out of sync with everything else he's done.

Hoping he's one of those magical 'spring horses' is on my mind as 16/1 doesn't leave a lot of wiggle room.

Apple's a very interesting and surprising entry.

Someone's been messing with Gordon's Potato.

Lol ! If she does run then unlikely she'll go Irish Churdle. They dud say the Stayers was likely at the Fez so maybe testing the water

PP to be 4/6 for this come Saturday evening!

If Emitom puts in a good run and wins/places then I wonder if Greatrex backtracks and rocks up here

As long as Paisley Park stands his ground there should be some very obvious, low risk, each way bets to be had before the race on any 'dangers' ante post.... which is how I imagine I'll be playing it....

The owner wants to run at chelt. But hed have to go well in the cleeve.

Greatrex possibly rightly so, wants to play down his chances.

Never got the facination with this horse at all really, but lots of better posters than me on here like him!

Wouldn't trust Greatrex to do the right thing though, which has to be a consideration ante post.
