10/1 winner and took the 25s. Paisley is on a steep upward curve and could easily be the best of British come March. I'm looking for anything I can take take Penhill on with 
There's some very good horses rhat could come back from chasing and cracking smart who's a very nice horse. I wouldn't give him it yet. And I'm a backer of penhill.
This will always end up a decent race and contenders come from nowhere.

Whoever gets beaten in the kauto star could easily revert. Always happens.
And I know Paul would have no issue doing that. Nicky has done it with buveur dair..... there will be w few who fancy there chances after a fall or getting beat over fences.

I don't think they would from the Kauto Star.
I can't see any horse in the last 5 years that ran in the stayers and I can't be bothered going back further.
Of the possible runners, only really La Bague Au Roi is likely? (and she's not good enough to win it)

:highly_amused:Like Scooby says, I'm sure there will be some revertees over coming months. I'd still be keen on PP. He won the Haydock off 147 (vs. Sam Spinner off 139), it's his second season and he looks much more the finished article. He finished like a train there, and again today. He's a proper stayer unlike PENHILL.

Saphir du rheu A previous one Paul's done it with, Was fav for stayers. Big bucks fell in the hennesy when upsides at the last.

Fair play and good call Jack he did it well. Mine wasn’t done any favours by Harry’s fall but looked like he didn’t stay �� still reckon there will be a decent prize to be won by him tho.
Not yet in the Cheltenham groove, like most of u guys, but I just can't see past penhill, can't think of anything that could give it a race at present. I honestly can't see anything else out there, but agree it's an Irish winner.

If Topofthegame falls, then it'd be similar to Saphir Du Rheu, but even then I really can't see it. The "Big Bucks" factor was hugely influential in the decision to bring SDR back and Topofthegame has a PTP background, where the others we're messing about over in France over hurdles for ages.
Paul Nicholls had grade 1 chasers when he was reverting Big Bucks and Saphir Du Rheu back over hurdles. He doesn't have that luxury now.
